OKLAHOMA CITY: HAVE YOU BEEN TOLD THE TRUTH?
Unless you're someone whose been following this sickening act of terrorism through independent media outlets,
you haven't been told the truth by the government's media machine. The following is my report on the bombing. Please download
it and give it to ten people and tell them to do the same thing. Like WACO, Ruby Ridge, TWA Flight 800, Pan Am Flight 103,
America has been lied to and it's up to US to expose these liars who have made a mockery out of the words truth, justice and
the American way.
OKLAHOMA CITY: THE QUESTIONS THAT NEVER GOT ASKED
AN UNBIASED ANALYSIS
By Devvy Kidd
June 1997
Why is it considered nothing more than "conspiracy nut rhetoric" when anyone outside the government or its media
asks perfectly reasonable questions about the bombing in Oklahoma City? The answer to this question is because the government
simply cannot allow America to get the answers raised in the following article. Have the American people been told the truth
about the most horrific act of terrorism on American soil since Pearl Harbor? No,
they have not and this article will explore these questions that the government's
media [ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC and all major newspapers] simply refuse to address.
One of the attorneys in Los Angeles representing the families suing the government for prior knowledge and wrongful
death, read my report and said that it summed up the situation quite accurately and had raised questions even he had not thought
of; I'll see what you think.
This article is not being presented as an effort to defend either Tim McVeigh, Terry Nichols or any other individuals.
This article is a must to defend truth, accountability and the integrity of our nation. The corruption in Washington, DC is
a cancer eating away at our great Republic and only by exposing the whole truth and bringing all those responsible to a court
of law, will our nation heal.
THE BOMBING
We know that the building was bombed. The government maintains that it was a fertilizer bomb inside a Ryder
truck parked in front of the building. Despite overwhelming scientific evidence to the contrary, the government steadfastly
maintains that it was a single bomb that did the horrific damage to the building. Is there anything to dispute this?
1 . The report by retired Brigadier General Benton K. Partin, a 31 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and one
of the premier experts on this subject. Ben served as Commander of the Air Force Armament Technology Lab, was the first Chairman
of the Office of the Secretary of Defense Joint Service Air Munitions Requirements and Development Committee and was responsible
for munitions development for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. He is a recognized expert as a major guiding force of
our modern precision guided weapons systems. A real "right-wing, antigovernment wacko". Right. I can tell you one thing: my
husband and 1 know Ben Partin and he is one of the most decent, intelligent human beings I've ever had the honor of knowing.
Ben's intense report, based on his years of experience, states emphatically that the building was brought down
by a number of bombs placed at certain support columns inside the building and that the fertilizer bomb theory is utter nonsense.
Taylor Jesse Clear, a former Special Advisor for Combating Terrorism at the Pentagon's Counter Terrorism Directorate, said
General Partin's report is "the most convincing and sensible analysis of the event I've ever seen." A Sam Gronning, former
military demolitionist and a professional blaster for the past 30 years, was quoted as saying that in his opinion, Gen. Partin's
report was "absolutely right and that no truck bomb full of ANFO could cause the type of damage done to the Murrah Building."
Were any of these highly qualified individuals allowed to testify at McVeigh's trial? No, they were barred. How come? Because
they all anti-government, right-wing extremists?
In June of 1997, a statement was issued by Sam Cohen, renowned physicist who worked on the Manhattan Project,
said the fertilizer truck bomb is a fairy tale. Of course, according to the government, Mr. Cohen must be just another antigovernment,
right-wing extremist wacko. Is anyone starting to see a horrible pattern here?
Are there others like Gen. Partin and Sam Cohen? Alvin Norberg, whom 1 have spoken with, is a retired licensed
professional engineer who lives in Northern California. His take on the fertilizer bomb bringing down that building? "...that
the severe structural damage to the Murrah Building was not caused by a truck bomb outside the building and that the collapse
of the building was the result of mechanically coupled devices (bombs) placed locally within the structure adjacent to the
critical columns." I guess Mr. Norberg's 50 years of engineering experience doesn't qualify him to make an expert opinion.
Another individual with over 40 years experience as a practicing engineer in Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana,
Robert Frias, President of Frias Engineering of Arlington, Texas, has this to say: "The Murrah Building would still be standing
and the upper floors would be intact had the truck loaded with explosives been the only culprit....Expiosives had to have
been placed near, or on, the structural columns inside the building to cause the collapse that occurred to the Murrah building."
Is Mr. Frias another right-wing, loonbag, anti-government wacko?
Was it even ammonia nitrate found at the bomb site? 1 have the 450+ page report put out by the U.S. Department
of Justice, Office of Inspector General on the FBI lab in Washington, DC. The only words to describe what is contained in
the pages of this report is obscene. In Section G: Oklahoma City bombing, we find the following comments:
(1) "Further, we conclude that Martz [FBI and also key witness in the 0.J. Simpson trial], improperly deviated from the explosives residue protocol
in his examination of some specimens".
(2) Further on in the report is the statement by Agent Williams and his methodology to determine what kind of
explosive was used: "...Williams' concluded that the main explosive used at OKC was ANFO. He acknowledged that he reached
this conclusion, in part, because Terry Nichols, one of the defendants in the case, purchased ammonia nitrate and diesel oil
prior to the bombing. Without the evidence of these purchases, Williams admitted he
would have been unable to conclude that ANFO was used.
Indeed, Williams stated that based on the post-blast scene alone, it could have been dynamite; I'm suggesting
that there could have been other things. We concluded that it was inappropriate
for Williams to render a categorical opinion in his report that the main charge
was ANFO." Really?
McVeigh has been sentenced to death for using an ANFO bomb. Strange thing, though, no ammonia nitrate was found
at the site according to witnesses who were in a position to know. Of course, according to the government, the only eyewitnesses
whose testimony can be relevant are government witnesses. When that strategy fails, they simply have their FBI lab tailor
it's findings to ensure a guilty verdict. How frightening.
This section of the IG report clearly demonstrates that the FBI, that institution which supposedly serves US
in an unbiased and professional manner, simply based their scientific data around any circumstantial evidence they had to
hang any defendants in this monstrous act of murder. Not a very comforting thought.
Consider this historic event: During the twelve months preceding the bombing, at a secret range in the New Mexico
desert, ANFO explosives experts constructed and destroyed at least eight vehicles in test bombing experiments. The "vehicle
bomb expert" is none other than Special Agent Harry Everhart, an employee of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms [ATF].
Amazingly, and just another government coincidence, Agent Everhart was one of the first to report the bombing. This was confirmed
by the Department of Treasury that Everhart called the ATF office in Dallas on his cellular phone around 9:20 am. It seems
we have another coincidence:
Everhart just happened to be standing near the Murrah building when the bombs went off...
Agent Everhart was based out of the ATF's OKC Resident Agency, serves on the National Response Team (NRT), which
is a group of experienced bomb and arson investigators who respond to major bombing crime scenes in the U.S. It has also been
confirmed that Everhart served on a secret government project in 1994 that conducted ANFO testing and C-4, to blow up cars
and vans in a government experiment known as "Project Dipole Might" - only a year before the bombing. This project, also coincidentally,
was initiated under Bill Clinton's NSC White House staff shortly after he took office in 1993. This report, released under
a FOIA [Freedom of information Act] is a really eye opener and one should not eat lunch before you read it.
The photos of the yellow Ryder truck and it's remains in the basement of the World Trade Center contradict the
government's invention. In those photos you clearly see the truck parked next to similar concrete reinforced steel columns
- they are still standing even though this truck bomb went off right next to them. We are to believe, even with no knowledge
of explosives, only common sense, that a truck bomb parked 50' from the front door of the building, did that magnitude of
damage when a truck bomb of approximately the same size and components, parked next to columns of the same structural integrity
did little damage?
In one NY Times article the two days after the bombing, you can read a rather detailed description of how the building collapsed from the center with floors then falling.
Now wait a minute! These eyewitness statements are crucial
yet they have been ignored. Why? The photos of the crater in front of the Kobar Towers, Saudi Arabia, blown June 27, 1996
by terrorists and killing 19 Americans, again clearly show the government's story to be blarney.
Recall the quote from Candace Avery, Time Magazine, June 1, 1995: "1 was entering the building on my way to
the SSA office and the blast from inside the building was so strong it knocked me back into the street..." Look at all the
photos of the building the first day: anyone with clear vision can see all
the debris blown outside the building, not the other way around.
How many Americans are aware of the DoD [Department of Defense] Pentagon report, covered up by the government,
its "experts" and it's media? In this report, two explosives experts, independent of each other, concluded that five high
explosive bombs were placed at strategic locations on the columns inside the building and that the bombs have a Middle Eastern
"signature" pointing either to Iraqi or Syrian involvement. This report also says that McVeigh did play a role in the bombing
as a 'useful idiot.' Where's Dan Rather, Jennings, Brokaw, Janet Reno?
Question: Could McVeigh or Nichols or any of the Elhoim City flock have the knowledge and the security clearance
to get these bombs inside a federal building?
That's laughable if it weren't so tragic.
2. Is there any visual confirmation of a truck blown up in front of the Murrah building? None that I can find.
I have about 20+ pages from the Denver Post and New York Times, April 20, 1995 through April 23, 1 995. Page 10A of the April
20, 1995 Denver Post, taken off micro-film at the Denver public library is one of the most amazing photos of the crime scene
I have yet to see. The stunningly clear details shown in this photo of a fire truck sitting on a flat street where there is
supposed to be a 30' x 8' crater,
tells it all. No crater, no exploded truck bomb, level ground.
A car parked in front of the building is still visible but the damage is from the building, not a bomb. A truly
remarkable visual picture of about 10 - 15 minutes after the second bomb - no truck. No truck remains. There could be a car
in front of the one you see in the picture, but only a photo from the other direction will tell us this. It could have been
a car bomb in that location that caused a small indention in the pavement. One things for certain, there were thousands and
thousands of photographs taken that day, why haven't we ever seen one of the alleged 30 x 8 crater? The June 1, 1995 issues
of Time and Newsweek, the May 7, 1997 issue of the Denver Post and allsubsequent mention of the crater all use only artist's
line drawings of the big crater.
Why no photographs? Because it is a lie.
In June of 1995, I received approximately eight hours of live, raw, unedited film from KFOR as the bombing unfolded.
I gave this film to my friends in Ft. Worth in late 1996 and earlier this year, they turned out a video titled, Cover-up in
Oklahoma. This is one of the most valuable tools we have in proving the cover-up about this despicable act. The live helicopter
shots prove this big crater in front of the building as the big lie that it is - it simply isn't there. Is it there later?
Yes, much later, but this crater was probably made by the back-hoes brought in to check the natural gas mains under the street.
NY Times, April 20, 1 995, front page: At Least 31 Are Dead, Scores Are Missing After Car Bomb Attack..."A car bomb went off with a thunderous...." Same edition, another
story: "The Tools of A Terrorist:": "It's obviously a car bomb," Dr. Perrson, director of the Center of Energetic Materials at the NM institute of Mining
and Tech.
Denver Post, April 20, 1995, front page: "A car bomb exploding at curbside...."
3. In these articles previously mentioned, you will read the confirmation of a car bomb by Mayor, Ron Nordick
which then turns into a van and THEN into a truck bomb. Mayor Nordick is on the video previously mentioned. He's standing
right there - you mean to tell me that he couldn't see with his own eyes there was no big yellow Ryder truck? Mayor Nordick
specifically says that the ATF and other law enforcement have confirmed to him - again, standing right in front of the building
- that it was a car bomb. Now we're told by the government and their media that it took three days to figure out it was a
yellow Ryder truck? Come on. The leads to the truck rental facility turned cold and then all of a sudden, the facility in
Junction City is the place where the alleged truck was rented? Front Page of the NY Times, April 21, 1995: The Trail:
Federal agents raced to a truck rental agency in Kansas in pursuit of suspected bombers but the trail quickly
grew faint.
Isn't it amazing that Terry Nichols rents a big, yellow beacon of a truck, practically in his own back yard
to commit one of the most heinous criminal acts in the history of our nation? Is he that stupid? Iif he and McVeigh had all
this cash to buy fertilizer and carry out something this sophisticated, why do the same dumb things the bombers of the World
Trade Center did - use fake ID, have their faces seen, no gloves so fingerprints are found anywhere from either one of them
- to rent the weapon of mass destruction? Why not just buy an old junker that's free and clear that won't leave a paper trail?
Were they just begging to be caught or was someone making sure that the FBI would get their man with all these "lucky breaks"
the newspapers kept referring to?
How is it that within 24 hours after the bombing the government comes up with sketches of two suspects that
could have been drawn from the suspect's sitting right in front of the artist? I mean, the accuracy is uncanny. Why did the
government call off the search for more John Doe's? My money says they are protecting their own assets.
Other than political correctness, why did the government loudly proclaim that it wasn't middle-Eastern origin
individuals involved, only anti-government white males? Same edition of the Times, page A22: "...break in the investigation
came with the discovery, among truck wreckage found on the streets around the building, of a piece of metal with a vehicle
identification number. That number led quickly in turn, to the Ryder truck agency in Junction City". What piece of metal?
Not the axle.
4. During the trial, America was shown surveillance film from the Regency Towers, a 20-story building across
and down the street from the Murrah Building. I stood in front of that building on May 18, 1995. This film clearly shows a
Ryder truck [we don't know the color because the film is in black and white and Ryder does rent 23' - 26' white trucks to
the public] at 8:57 am on April 19, 1995. We see the truck move on but we don't know where it goes. Some saw a truck pull
up in front of the building, someone get out and walk away. I have yet to hear anyone say what happened to this truck someone
exited - did it stay there, did it drive on - what?
Consider this coincidence: Martin Keating, brother of Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating, claims he has/had copies
of the surveillance film from the Southwest Bell building across the street from the Murrah building. The film from the Regency
Towers survived completely intact. The government claims the Southwest Bell film didn't - my money says they're lying and
they're lying to protect their assets and their invented story.
5. When I was in OKC on May 18 - 19th, 1995, I spoke with many people - all heard two bombs with the second
being the most powerful. I was told that the axle was found on the other side of the YMCA building. During the trial, the
jury, and this was shown on local TV, saw pictures of a truck axle on the hood of the car of the man waiting inside the Regency
Towers for his wife. This location was said to be 575' from where the alleged Ryder truck blew up and in the opposite direction
that I was told the axle was found. The government states that they traced this axle to the Junction City Ryder truck rental
facility by the VIN [vehicle identification number].
This is a reprehensible lie. These rental truck companies don't put the VIN on interchangeable parts because
they so frequently exchange them for repairs. The VIN numbers are on the frame or non-removable parts, i.e. the inside dashboard
window.
More lies.
I have no training in explosives, physics and detonations. But, how could a truck, loaded with 1,000, then 1,400,
then 2,500, then 4,000 then 4,800 pounds of fertilizer blow up, creating a crater 30' around by 8' deep and have the force
of the blast blow the axle up in the air instead of down into the crater? In some of the articles in the first three days
after the bombing, one finds brief mention about pieces of a truck found away from the building and this remains a mystery
to me.
6. Recall the statements from Hoppy Heidelberg former foreman of the original grand jury back in 1995 which
eventually indicted Mr. McVeigh and Mr. Nichols. Hoppy said there had to be two yellow Ryder trucks that day for the government's
inventive tale to work. I would love to see the insurance records for Ryder - I believe they are missing two yellow Ryder
trucks. I don't know where they are, but I think they were a decoy for the car bomb across the street. One may have been damaged
in the general vicinity; I just don't know but I'll bet getting all the film from KFOR, Ch-8 and all the stills from AP will
tell you a whole lot about the crime scene. Do you think the government has all this film? Of course they do and they're banking
on the American people not having the resources to obtain copies for general viewing.
7. Close to the end of McVeigh's trial, the government suddenly springs a key they claim was the key belonging
to this alleged yellow Ryder truck. They maintain that this key was found in an alley near the YMCA building. Remember what
I said earlier I was told May 18, 1995 by the locals that the axle was found on the other side of the YMCA building. Mr. McVeigh's prints were not on the key.
Were there any prints found on the key, if so, whose were they and do you have actual photos of the key in the exact location
where it was found? Guess what? This question about whose fingerprints were found on the key were never even raised during
McVeigh's trial.
What kind of defense counsel would ignore such an important point?
I also pose the following question: Why was the alleged key allegedly found in an alley near the YMCA building?
I walked that entire area and I know where the government is referring to. This is also the area I was told in May 1995 that
the alleged axle was found. This makes sense if a key and axle are found in the same area.
But the question I raise is this: If Mr. McVeigh was going to exit this big yellow beacon [the Ryder truck],
right out in the street for everyone in the world to see him, rig the detonator and then run for his parked Mercury Marquis,
why would he take the key with him, detour to throw it away and then jump in the get away car? If the video of the Ryder truck
from the Regency Towers indicated 8:57 am and we know the first bomb went off at 9:02, ten seconds later, the first bomb inside
the building goes off, did he have enough time to: Slow the yellow beacon down, park, set the detonator, exit the vehicle,
get out of the way, run to another location to throw away the key and then change direction to run for his car? If he knew the big yellow truck was simply going to blow up in a minute or two, why not leave
the key in the ignition or throw it on the floor, lock the door and run?
If this big yellow beacon was going to blow, wouldn't the bomber expect the key to melt down with the rest of the truck from
the heat of the blast? Is the government telling us that this key, found in perfect condition, blew out of the truck, leaped
tall buildings, landed, was miraculously found and coincidentally did not have Mr. McVeigh's fingerprints on it? Oh, that's
right - he probably took the time while sitting on a big bomb to wipe off his fingerprints with a hankie.
8. The blackest smoke seen from the first photos taken and seen on the video, Coverup in Oklahoma, is from two
cars parked across the street from the building. The fire trucks are parked where the alleged Ryder truck was supposed to
have blown up on level ground. We have conflicting stories about where the axle was found and if the truck companies don't
put VIN numbers on the axles, what vehicle does the axle found on the car in front of the Regency Towers belong to? Did the
VIN number on the one found in front of the Regency Towers actually match? Who knows.
Do we know who filed insurance claims for destroyed vehicles that day, both on the street and in the parking
lot of the Southwestern Bell building across the street? This is very important. Who filed and for what vehicles, where were they parked? Did any witnesses remember the cars
they were parked next to in the Southwestern Bell parking lot? Remember on the video the two men seen walking AWAY from the
devastation? It is crucial to get some answers to these questions. If I were an investigator, I would try to get all the license
plate numbers from the fire department and from all the photos and video taken that morning.
9. On day one of Mr. McVeigh's trial, the government's own witness caused them extreme heart palps. Mr. Williams
testified under cross by the defense team that the day of the bombing, approximately 60-80 large blue drums were inside the
Murrah building for purposes of trash collection. Pieces of blue plastic drums were found on adjacent rooftops. The government
maintains that blue plastic drums full of fertilizer flew hundreds of feet in the air, like Superman, and came from inside
a Yellow Ryder truck that blew itself into a 30 x 8 crater that no one can see. We need the names of those entering the building
from that firm within 48 hrs of the bombing and samples of the blue plastic drums they use. My money is that the pieces found
on the rooftopscame from the ones inside the building and that's how the bombs were brought in.
10. How did Mr. McVeigh get the yellow Mercury Marquis and the yellow Ryder truck in front of the building and
on a side street at the same time? The Merc was seen leaving the scene on the side street. If Mr. Nichols wasn't there, who
was? McVeigh couldn't have driven both vehicles at the same time. How come the newspaper accountings in the days following
the bombing, talk about McVeigh "look-alikes"? I have a problem with this.
MORE ON THE BOMBS IN THE BUILDING
The government maintains that one truck bomb caused the massive structural damage to the building. Is there
anything or anyone else to dispute this?
On the Cover-Up in Oklahoma video, shot live as events unfolded, we see the raw and unedited statements from
Mayor Ron Nordick, Dr. Randall Heather, Governor Frank Keating and numerous anchors all stating that the FBI and ATF have
confirmed that high explosive
bombs were taken out of the building. Were the governor, the mayor and all the news anchors lying? I don't think so. I have
provided the Valley Citizen with a picture of some sort of military operation allegedly close to Hardy Lake <trucks.htmlwhere
McVeigh and Nichols allegedly built the truck bomb. In the photo one can clearly see this is a military operation of some
sort - the interesting item in the photo is the big yellow Ryder truck. Allegedly, man named John Trochmann knows the identity
of the pilot who took the photos.
Why haven't Trochmann and this pilot been questioned by the appropriate government investigators? The photos
and time they were taken could have tremendous implication regarding this bombing, yet the government, again, is turning a
blind eye.
Why?
Item 2: In the article accompanying the photo, third column: one sentence states that at least one of the bombs
were taken to Kirkland Air Force Base in Albuquerque. I alled the newspaper who ran this article and photo and spoke with
Janet Douglas, the publisher's wife. She stated that her husband knows the identify of the individual at Kirkland AFB but
won't reveal it because the individual is afraid to come forward. I realize that this person at Kirkland should be afraid
and because of that fear, he/she, refuses to come forward.
RYDER TRUCK FACILITY, JUNCTION CITY KANSAS
According to the government, McVeigh rented a yellow Ryder truck at this facility. is there anything to dispute
this?
1 . Under cross by the defense during McVeigh's trial, the government witness admitted that McVeigh's fingerprints
were not on the rental contract. Whose fingerprints were on this contract? Was there a palm print? These rental contracts
are 8« x 11 and multiple pages. You not only sign them, but you initial boxes regarding insurance, etc. Someone's prints are
on them and probably a palm print. McVeigh was in the military, they had his fingerprints, his toe prints and everything else.
This rental facility is near a military reservation. Mr. McVeigh, in my opinion being married to a retired Army
Colonel, looks a lot like thousands of other young G.I.'s. This rental facility apparently did a lot of business with a large
percentage of young military G.I.'s. I think identification here is blurry at best and if I were a juror, 1 would have a difficult
time voting to execute based on this type of flimsy "evidence." I have rented both U-Haul and Ryder. A credit card or huge
cash deposit is required. How come the one in Junction City didn't require anything other than a driver's license and an $80.00
deposit? Yes, this is near an area heavy with military and maybe they accepted military ID but whoever rented that truck didn't
use military ID and there was no big cash deposit.
The FBI had the entire counter in the facility dismantled and shipped to DC. Again, Mr. McVeigh's prints were
not found anywhere on the counter or in the building or on the door jamb. He touched nothing while he was allegedly renting
the truck?
Something is missing here - like whose fingerprints did the FBI find on the counter?
There is a connection here with either the FBI, ATF or the military, I can feel it.
Allegedly McVeigh and one other person used fake ID to rent the truck. The media accounts reveal some interesting
things about this. An amazing report in the NY Times, April 22, 1995, page 8, column 1, check this:
"Then a routine check of his [McVeigh's] social security number matched one flagged by the FBI as belonging
to a suspect in the bombing."
Now wait a minute! Why did the FBI have McVeigh's social security
number "flagged" which conveniently and perfectly matched one belonging to a suspect in the bombing when they had no suspects
in the bombing at this point? Think about this. McVeigh is arrested the morning
of the 19th, Wednesday. On Friday morning right before he's to be released from custody in Perry, his social security number
suddenly matches a social security number the FBI has "flagged" as belonging to one of the unidentified suspects days before
they had any real suspects? I have verified this story and the reporters stand by their sources. This stinks of a set-up.
Here's another very interesting statement in the same story quoted above: "...the Bureau [ATF] lost none of
its employees in the blast officials said today because its offices were on the side not damaged by the bomb." Not according
to the floor plans.
Lies, truth, lies. Is it any wonder the American people are so confused and so many filled with rage?
The front page of the Denver Post, April 2 1, 1 995 has two sketches of John Does 1 & 2 with the following:
John Doe No. 1: right-handed. How did the government know that one of their suspects is right handed? This is
only 48 hours after the blast, actually sooner. The Post is delivered by 6:00 am. So by 6:00 am the 21st, less than 48 hours
after the blast, the government puts out this sketch with the knowledge that the suspect, a dead ringer for Mr. McVeigh is
right handed? Is McVeigh right handed? Is this from the Ryder truck facility or from the handwriting analysis on the rental
agreement which did not have McVeigh's fingerprints? Can the government state that a right handed person left a truck bomb
in front of a building? As Sinatra said in one of his melodies: "cause it's witchcraft."
John Doe No. 2, a dead ringer for Michael Brescia: tattoo visible beneath T-shirt on left arm, possibly a smoker.
Is this from the Ryder truck people? No, it probably came from the ATF since they had these people from Elhoim City under
investigation. Does Michael Brescia have a tattoo? Ask the ATF. For God's sake, the artist's sketch of John Doe #2 is a dead
ringer for Brescia.
Brescia is now in jail, charged and convicted on charges in a separate string of crimes - very conveniently
tucked away in jail. However, to this day, the government has completely ignored him as one of the strongest suspects, next
to Andy Strassmeir. Why is that? Why is it that the FBI allowed a key suspect in the bombing, Strassmeir, to flee back to
Germany, wait one year to interview him over the phone and write him off as nothing to do with the bombing when too much points
directly at him? A group called CAUSE and it's two head-honcho's, specifically Kirk Lyons, brag about how proud they are that
they assisted Strassmeir in fleeing the country. Isn't this called obstruction of justice? I guess not when the FBI is the
one obstructing justice. Is it any wonder that the Department of Justice is known in this country by the nickname, Department
of Injustice?
And another story in the same edition: Junction City, April 21:
"The days before he became one of the most hunted men in the world, Timothy McVeigh , or a look-alike, showed up at a hair salon around noon
on Tuesday..." The day before the bombing. This story was on the 22nd in the Times. Ms. Henderson said that a team of agents
from the FBI show up at her styling salon on Thursday, the 20th, with sketches of two men they thought might be linked to
the bombing. She tells them one might have been in for a haircut on Tuesday. So how is it the FBI, the day after the bombing,
just happens to stop in her styling salon in Junction City with McVeigh's photo when they claim they didn't know who any suspects
were? I know! The "axle" business.
Recall the government maintains that McVeigh and Nichols spent two days prior to the bombing, after renting
the truck, possibly in the area of Hardy Lake, making the bomb. How could McVeigh be in a haircut joint on Tuesday around
noon time if he was supposed to be at a lake building a bomb? Recall there is a witness who claims a yellow Ryder was parked
near Hardy Lake, this man seems quite adamant about this.
Also recall the photos that pilot allegedly took near Hardy Lake showing a military operation with a yellow
Ryder truck parked inside a real "compound".
There were many witnesses who claim to have seen McVeigh in or around the area of 5th and Robinson that morning.
The question I have is which McVeigh? There is an amazing photo run by Soldier of Fortune June 1995. You can see that there
is an uncanny resemblance to the unidentified ATF agent and Tim McVeigh. My question is this: How did SOF key in on this photo
of these three ATF agents in connection with Waco? As far as my memory serves me, I have never seen any photos of the trial
at Waco. Cameras are not allowed in federal courtrooms. This photo carries the caption that this unidentified agent sat in
the press section of the courtroom with a burp gun under his trench coat. Excuse me, but I have to believe that in an extremely
high profile case like Waco, security was very tight - how did anyone get away with bringing a "burp" gun into the courtroom?
How did Soldier of Fortune get this photo and how did they make the connection within weeks after the bombing?
Yes, there was a lot of convenient speculation about Waco being the catalyst for the bombing, but something doesn't ring true
here. There's something wrong with this picture. I for one would like to see the film [security cameras] from the courtroom
in San Antonio where the Waco trials took place. I think it's critical that we see these three men while they are in the courtroom
and you should then be able to determine if this is Tim McVeigh or his twin.
THE CONVENIENCE OF WACO
The government maintains that McVeigh bombed the Murrah building in retaliation for Waco. I can darned well
promise you that I have been incensed about Waco since I watched the whole thing live on television and Janet the Butcher
Reno, the ATF, FBI and the military - in violation of posse comitatus - none have been held accountable.
The American people have not, I repeat, not been given the truth about Waco.
However, I would never, ever blow up a building, empty or full of human beings, just to get even or "make the
government pay". Was Nichols so incensed that he also took the plunge and decided to murder 169 people? [I say 169 because
we still have the unaccounted for and unidentified leg that was found and matches none of the deceased.] If Nichols did, he
certainly did a strange thing on April 22, 1995 when he voluntarily walked into the office of law enforcement and tried to find out why they were looking for him.
If McVeigh was so angry that 17 children were gassed and burned to death by the government at Waco, why would
he take the chance of blowing up a building that was full of children? This simply doesn't make any sense. If he just blew
up a building and was so happy with his handy work as a crazed serial killer, why when stopped by Trooper Charlie Hanger,
did he politely hand over his gun and cooperate with law enforcement? McVeigh is a seasoned war veteran, decorated, a model
soldier, a man who lived by discipline. Murdering innocent people, regardless of the reason, doesn't fit, at least to me it
doesn't being married to a retired Army Colonel.
If McVeigh wanted to make the ATF & FBI pay for their murderous deeds at Waco, how is it that all those
government ATF & FBI agents involved in Waco and based at the Murrah building were conspicuously absent from the building?
Despite government protestations, this is now a proven fact. We know why - because they, like Judge McCully, I believe his name is, were warned about a
possible terrorist action and made sure they weren't inside the building.
Why wasn't this judge and all those FBI, ATF put on the stand and questioned under oath about what did they
know, how much and who warned them to stay out of thebuilding? The answer is painfully obvious: cover-up.
ELHOIM CITY
There can be no mistake about a connection between McVeigh and the people who reside at this location. The media
made and continues to make big hay that McVeigh and Nichols were militia, anti-government kooks. I think we can pretty much
state with finality that neither of them belonged to any militia groups. As far as Elhoim City goes, we know at this point
that the ATF was involved in serious surveillance of this group. We know that their informant, Carol Howe, spent months at
Elhoim City and warned the ATF about a possible terrorist attack by this faction.
Carol Howe was such a threat to uncovering the truth about the government's prior knowledge that they charged
and tried Ms. Howe - while she was still officially their informant - for conspiracy and numerous other charges. I t took the jury just a few hours to acquit her on all charges. What a great and ethical government we have.
And speaking of ethics, during Ms. Howe's trial, we learned from sworn testimony by the FBI, that the Reverend
Robert Millar, grand poobah of the Elhoim City crowd was actually an FBI informant all along. So here we have ATF & FBI
informants inside this Nazi organization, one feeding the ATF warnings about a possible bombing and who knows what the good
Reverend was feeding the FBI....
Some big questions scream to be answered here:
Did anyone in the Elhoim City community have the security clearance or knowledge to build high-explosive bombs
and bring them into the Murrah building? Possibly Andy Strassmeir, but since the FBI deliberately allowed him to return to
Germany and put him out of touch, we may never know. How about Michael Brescia? McVeigh?
Remember what the Pentagon report on the bombs said: McVeigh was involved as a "useful idiot". McVeigh allegedly
was linked to the Elhoim City people by a phone card. We only have the government's word on this and in my book, they have
zero, zip, zilch credibility. It would have been nice to be able to subpoena Joseph Bealie Gray to testify at McVeigh's trial.
This former FBI agent investigated the OKC bombing and Waco. He retrieved phone records during the investigation of the bombing
and was the agent who helped direct the FBI's hidden electronics surveillance during the Waco situation. Unfortunately, Mr.
Gray retired from the Bureau in 1996 and died at the age of 54 from an apparent heart attack in February of 1997.
Generally speaking, terrorists who do these cowardly, heinous acts, like to claim responsibility. To date no one has. Out of character with the
act. No one from Elhoim City or any other group. Much ado was made and is still occasionally mentioned that the Elhoim City
players planned this deed in retaliation for the legal execution of Richard Snell.
Recall that both the government and the media blasted that Snell, a self-avowed white supremacist, said the morning of the bombing before he was
executed that "something big was going to happen" or something to the effect that something would be blown up was in the works?
In the article on page A15 of the NY Times attached, April 21, 1997, is an article on Mr. Snell who was executed on Wednesday
NIGHT - long after the bombing!
According to witnesses, he made some statements about former and now indicted Arkansas Governor, Jim Guy Tucker, not about
anything else. I really wish the government and the media would get together on their lies and at least try to keep their
stories straight.
My husband is an old Army guy, been to war college, been to war. We've talked about this. My money says that
the Elhoim City connection, while real and apparently dangerous was just a diversion. If there are individuals in that group
who are involved in potential crimes, they should be investigated. Amazingly, to this day, all those at Elhoim City, have
been conspicuously left alone by any government agency. If it were you or me, we'd already have gotten the lethal injection.
The question is why? All that aside, were these potentially dangerous people, the ones who pulled off this well executed,
well funded and highly sophisticated bombing? I don't believe so.
LAURIE & MICHAEL FORTIER
Anyone who believes their stories will believe anything. I think the most telling information about Michael
Fortier is his testimony to the original grand jury back in 1995 and Hoppy Heidelberg alluded to it in his interview with
Jon Rappaport. Hoppy said that basically Mr. Fortier and Mr. McVeigh had passed
through OKC on the way to Kansas, they passed by the Murrah building, that it was it, end of confession. This is a FAR cry from casing the building.
OTHER STRANGE THINGS WORTH MENTIONING
Right after McVeigh was identified in Perry, brief coverage was given regarding his request for a doctor. It
was reported that he believed he had a bio-chip in his buttock, inserted by the Army, it hurt and he wanted it taken out.
See the front page story, Denver Post, April 23, 1995, statement by Phillip Morawski: "...had this real sharp pain in his
rear. He thought they [Army] had planted one of those chips that they have for identifying...." It is critical we find out
if McVeigh does have a bio-chip. It would certainly explain some of his bizarre behavior.
For some time I had one of those "what's wrong with this picture" nag at me. I believe the two individuals caught
by KFOR leaving the bomb site, where you can see the heavy black smoke billowing out from the cars in the Southwest Bell parking
lot, were involved in this horror. I believe we have identified one of them and I am relatively certain this individual is
an FBI informant. This individual was interviewed by Rep. Charles Key [Rep., OK State Legislature] and his alibi has proven
to be a lie. Have the FBI or ATF interviewed this guy? Get real. They have left him alone even though after an interview by
a state legislator proved his alibi to be a big lie - why?
Besides the original film I mentioned earlier, I also received approximately eight hours of live film from KFOR
spanning the time frame between August 1995 through about May of 1996. On this video is extensive coverage by KFOR in August
1995 about syringes being found on the trays going to McVeigh and Nichols while they were still incarcerated at the El Reno
facility. Have these syringes ever been analyzed for any fingerprints and what was found in those syringes? Why has the American
public - outside OKC - never heard of any of this? Do you think Rather, the Washington Post, et al, aren't aware of all this?
David Hall, former owner of a small television station in Ponca City, OK, did an early video on OKC. On this
video we see his statements that one of his friends, an insurance agent, was driving on Highway 35 at about the same time
McVeigh was stopped outside Perry. This is just your average person out there doing his job on a Wednesday morning. This individual,
who should have testified at McVeigh's trial, saw a helicopter land near where McVeigh was being detained by Oklahoma law
enforcement. Was there a helicopter? How did it get there so fast? Why, against
existing regulations, did the authorities leave McVeigh's car along the highway for two full days before impounding it? Very important if someone wants to plant evidence. Recall that some very important "evidence"
was allegedly found in the front seat of that car. Is McVeigh that stupid to be driving around with the evidence on the front
seat in full view for anyone to find? Many eyewitness accounts, just regular average folk living in Perry, Oklahoma, have
come forward and stated that a helicopter landed and took off behind the court house where McVeigh was brought out in front
of the public in that highly publicized action showing him in the orange jumpsuit, denied a bulletproof vest and so on. I'm
betting most of the deputies, sheriff and other personnel in Perry, if subpoenaed, could shed considerable light on this.
Will it happen? Not unless the people of this nation make their voices heard.
I for one, am sick and tired of the FBI and ATF trying to convince people that what they didn't see and feel,
but rather what the FBI and ATF tell them what they were supposed to have seen - like the unprecedented 16-minute film recently released by the CIA regarding
the TWA Flight 800 mystery. That CIA film tells more than 150 eyewitnesses that
they didn't see what they saw, but rather uses a computer enhancement to tell them what they were supposed to have seen. Does
this make you gag?
A reliable source has told me that many families could not view the remains of their loved ones. The building
was blown from the inside. Remains would carry the residue from the bombs and the physical condition of the bodies. Remains
would likely show death or contributing factors to death by bomb material and not just debris and falling walls. If it were
my loved one, as painful as it would be, I would have the body exhumed and tested by an independent forensic pathologist to
determine any bomb material chemicals or residue.
The implosion of the building was a crime at best and I consider to be obstruction of justice and tampering
with evidence, just to name a few violations of the law. The remains of the building were buried in huge craters that remain
under guard to this day. I was at the Waco ruins in August of 1993. Several armed guards with rifles were guarding the charred
remains. What is the government so afraid of anyone finding in all this rubble? To me the answer is obvious: bomb fragments,
residue, chemicals, etc., that would expose their fertilizer bomb lie. What about the radio active material detected in the
building? Oh, yes there was.
I believe that the media, along with people representing our government should be charged with obstruction of
justice, tampering with evidence and cover-up, not just in OKC but in Waco. Only one FBI agent has been brought to justice
in the Ruby Ridge murders; he coped a plea for destroying a key government document. Now finally after five years and the
persistence of decent Americans, Lon Horiuchi, the man who put a .302 in the forehead of Vicki Weaver while she was holding
her 10-month old baby, is being tried for involuntary manslaughter. What an insult. This crack marksman should be tried for
murder.
[1998: Horiuchi's trial was bumped from state court to federal court and the judge dismissed the charges. Well,
it's now open season on any American these thugs decide to go after. Remember: Horiuchi put a .302 slug in Vicki Weaver's
forehead while she was standing in the doorway holding her ten-month old infant girl. Do you have any idea how big a .302
is and how much of her head was blown away - in front of her other two children? Horiuchi
is a cold-blooded government killer. You and I footed the tab to the tune of
$3.1 million dollars Butcher Reno paid to Randy Weaver for the murder of his wife and son. I'm glad his family was compensated
but no amount of money will bring back his wife and son and believe me, he still loves them very much. Forget their religion.
Remember their murders.
And, let's not forget that U.S. Marshal Deagan was also killed at Ruby Ridge - for what? Because Randy Weaver
sold a 1/4" sawed off shotgun to a federal undercover snitch who got paid big money to play on Weaver's poverty and difficulty
in putting food on his family's table. Marshal Deagan also had a family. It's tragic that he was ordered to go onto someone's
property in full battle regalia without a search warrant.]
I watched all of the Waco and Ruby Ridge hearings on C-SPAN. It would make the average American sick to see
the lying, spinning and cover-up by our alleged upholders of law and order. If the American public thinks that Ruby Ridge
and Waco was over some religious, white separatist nonsense, they simply haven't done their homework. These two horrible episodes
were government sponsored murder and that is the bottom line. I do not agree with Randy Weaver's religious beliefs or those
of David Koresch but since when does the U.S. government send the military onto private property and first gas and then burn
to death American citizens? Think about it, folks and then try to believe it
can't happen to you.
Back to OKC. What about the seismograph readings that disprove the government's fairy tale of a big fertilizer
truck bomb? Just another unexplained anomaly? The government says the two explosions shown on the graphs are just aftershocks.
How dumb do they think the scientific community and we the people are? The only ones who buy the government's theory is the
government, McVeigh's jury and those Americans who rely only on the government's media for their source of information.
Does it never end, the lies?
THE 20/20 EPISODE
20/20 ran an episode January 17, 1997 that so strongly supported that the government knew in advance that an
act of terrorism was going to occur somewhere against some government building, nothing was ever said again by 20/20. Colonel
Roger Charles (USMC, ret.) was the lead researcher for this story. On February 6th, this investigative reporter and his team
were about to present a follow-up to that story which involved Carol Howe, the ATF informant who spent considerable time inside
Elhoim City. It didn't happen because ABC caved in under pressure from the U.S. Department of InJustice. Being a man of integrity,
Col. Charles took it upon himself to call into the Don Imus morning show and blow the whistle on the cowardice of ABC in covering
up the story. As expected, Charles was "released" by ABC. Reprehensible.
Again, ATF informant, Carol Howe told her case officer [which was proven during her trial] that the Elhoim City
folks were planning to blow up a building, possibly coinciding with the execution of Richard Snell, possibly Tulsa or OKC.
One thing for sure, if these Elhoim City people were planning to bring down the Murrah building, they certainly must be scientifically
deficient to think they could do it with 1,000 pounds of fertilizer in a car parked out front of this 9-story structure. Judge
Richard Matsch refused to allow Ms. Howe to testify at McVeigh's trial. Just how does a jury come to any sort of decision
when 99% of all credible evidence and testimony is barred from presentation in the courtroom? Yet, all the legal pundits in
the government's media, i.e. Jeffrey Tobin, Dan Blather all of them, praise Judge Richard Matsch as a bastion of judicial
integrity.
Many ATF and FBI were on the scene in full SWAT gear immediately
after the second bomb went off. We
already know that none were in the building and that no children of ATF or FBI were in the day care center. Of course we now know that the ATF kept an arsenal of weapons up on the ninth floor of the
building. On Rep. Charles Key's video, OKC: What Really Happened? we see a tow missile and sophisticated guns and rifles being
taken out of the building after the bombs went off.
Additionally, there was a locker in their offices which contained a large amount of C- 4 plastic explosives
that probably killed a few people when the second bomb went off inside the building. What's wrong with this picture? Excuse
me, but is this the place to put a child care center full of God's precious gifts?
The child care center was on the third floor, ATF on the ninth. Is it any wonder the ATF & FBI didn't have
their children enrolled in that
day care???
TIM MCVEIGH
As I have said from the beginning, I am not defending Mr. McVeigh. I have looked at this act of cowardice from
day one with an open mind. Those involved should receive the fullest prosecution by the law - regardless of who they are or
who employs them.
Something too many have forgotten because of the media hysteria, is that that everyone under our precious legal
system, albeit one now totally corrupted by judges and politicians, is entitled to a fair and impartial trial. Since the jury
in Denver was fed lies and the actions of Judge Richard Matsch should get him impeached, is it any wonder that they found
McVeigh guilty? The government presented some circumstantial evidence, 90% hearsay and 1OO% gut-wrenching survivors and family
members.
There is something very wrong here with the actions and behavior of this individual they call Tim McVeigh. Recall
what Hoppy Heidelberg said about McVeigh during the grand jury in 1995? That he wouldn't talk, that he's playing good soldier
right up to the end? Do we really know who this guy is? He was voted most talkative in his high school yearbook. All video
prior to the bombing reflect a personable, smiling young man. Since April 21, 1995, all we have seen is a robot.
Did Mr. McVeigh go against everything and all the principles he believed in so strongly? Killing children when
he was so upset about children dying at Waco? Does he have a microchip in his buttocks? This is very important. I don't like
conspiracy theories and I've read mountains of information on the government's programs, i.e. MK ULTRA, which were real and
well documented. I know that mind-control is real, the government has and does avail themselves of this process.
One of the most remarkable books ! have ever read is titled The
Man Who Knew Too Much [ISBN 0-88184-900-6]. This is one of the most well documented
books I have ever read about the man hired to kill Oswald. The author, Dick Russell, can hardly be labeled an anti-government
wacko by the government. He was formerly on the staffs of Sports illustrated and TV Guide, not to mention many other achievements
to his credit. This is a huge tome but the reason I mention it is the last three or four chapters.
Once you read this extremely well documented material, I think you'll agree that it's highly probable that Lee
Harvey Oswald not only didn't shoot Kennedy but that he was under mind-control. No science fiction, Mr. Russell's material
is based on well documented research.
Why has McVeigh sat like a stone for the past 2 1/2 years? If McVeigh does have a bio-chip implant, it certainly
could explain why this man, accused of such a heinous crime, would just sit around so casually while the rest of us cry our
eyes out over the dead and survivors. After the jury announced his death sentence, why would McVeigh turn to his parents and
mouth, it's okay? After the jury announced his death sentence, why would McVeigh give them a hand signal similar to a peace
sign? This is totally bizarre and something is wrong with this picture.
STEPHEN JONES AFTER THE VERDICT
Stephen Jones appeared on 60 Minutes June 15, 1997, the Today Show and CBS This Morning on June 16, 1997. Mr.
Jones stated that another group had an interest in blowing up the Murrah building for years. He was obviously referring to
the Elhoim City group. I don't know why the Elhoim City group targeted the Murrah building butmost likely it was because the
ATF & FBI had many records, documents and evidence stored in that building. However, recall that Carol Howe, the ATF informant
inside Elhoim City stated that a possible act of terrorism could occur at a federal building inTulsa or OKC.
Mr. Jones stated that there was a German and middle-East connection. While he didn't say so on television, I
know he was referring to Andy Strassmier that the FBI let getaway and is now untouchable in Germany. He correctly stated that
the judge refused to allow exculpatory witnesses and evidence. He stated that Mr. McVeigh could not take the stand in his
own defense because of possible prosecution in OKC which would mean a Fifth Amendment conflict. He would not say if Mr. McVeigh
admitted any guilt and he stated that Mr. McVeigh did not want to die a martyr.
[Update August 1998: The duplicitous DA in OKC, Bob Macy, said as soon as the Feds got done with McVeigh &
Nichols he was going to haul them down to OKC and charge them under state law for 160 murders. Well, what's he waiting for?
McVeigh & Nichols couldn't testify on their own behalf because of Fifth Amendment complications and a state trial. Could
it be that Macy never intended to prosecute them but just let them think it would so they couldn't take the stand in their
own defense?
No? Please, take off the blinders.]
SUMMATION
The Bombing: There may or may not have been a car bomb parked right in front of the Murrah building. From the
photo in the Denver Post, April 20, 1 995, one car is visible between the fire truck and the sidewalk; damage appears to be
from debris.
There appears to be a small indention of the pavement in some of the helicopter shots close to the corner of
Fifth & Robinson. Was this made by a car bomb? From the live helicopter shots we can see a flat, level street, fire truck
in position and pumping water into the building, little debris on the street and two cars across the street billowingheavy
black smoke.
There does not appear to be evidence that a yellow Ryder truck blew up in front of the Murrah building loaded
with fertilizer. The 30 x 8 crater made by the Ryder truckis a blatant lie and
anyone with eyes can see this lie on this film which was taken live and was unedited when I received it. We did see a Ryder truck pass by on the Regency Towers film but where did it go? An axle was
found but this Ryder truck would have been damaged by an explosion of it's gas tank if caught in a bomb blast from the building.
A key was found in an alley. An axle was found in two different places. No fingerprints found belonging to McVeigh on the
key.
Every single expert outside the government has emphatically stated that no truck or car bomb brought down the Murrah building. The massive structural
damage could only have come from high explosive bombs placed on the columns inside the building. The government's truck bomb
in relation to the destruction of the Murrah building and all the deaths is a lie pure and simple yet two people have been
convicted for something that didn't happen - one to life in prison, the other to receive a lethal injection. This is our "justice"
system?
No witnesses were called by the government who could place Tim McVeigh in front of the Murrah building that
morning . Doesn't that seem a
bit strange to you? With McVeigh driving up in this big yellow beacon, getting out, exiting, possibly walking to an alley
to throw away the key [or the key was left in the truck, who knows] and then getting into his car - the government could find
no one to testify? During the grand jury hearing in 1995, several people saw McVeigh look-alikes in a couple of different
places that morning. Ryder Truck Rental: Two individuals apparently rented
a yellow Ryder truck in Junction City Kansas. McVeigh's fingerprints were not found on the rental agreement, the counter or
anywhere in the building. The description given by the employees could match a thousand GI's in the immediate vicinity. This
rental facility is missing a truck and a piece of metal was found with a VIN number that the FBI allegedly traced to Junction
City. I'm betting my money on those photos of the military operation, the yellow Ryder truck and the location of that compound.
Other Sightings: A hair salon owner believes McVeigh or a look-alike
was in her shop with a friend for a haircut the day before the bombing. According
to the government, McVeigh and Nichols were near Hardy Lake at the same time building this fertilizer bomb. How did the FBI
get to her salon so quickly? Possible look-alikes: We have a photo from Soldier of Fortune Magazine dated June 1995 which
depicts three ATF agents attending the Waco trial, one is a dead-ringer for McVeigh.
McVeigh was allegedly seen buying racing fuel. Receipts were found with his fingerprint for fertilizer. We know
that McVeigh spent time at Mr. Nichols farm. I know farmers in Colorado who use fertilizer with other mixtures to dislodge
huge tree stumps and rocks on their property. They probably have similar receipts. They don't blow up buildings.
Elhoim City: We know the ATF was seriously involved in investigating this group of people. We know that they
had an informant named Carol Howe. We know that Andy Strassmeir, a German national was very involved with this group as was
the deadringer for John Doe #2, Michael Brescia. It appears that this group had made some threats to blow up the Murrah Building
in 1983. We know that one of their top dogs, Richard Snell, was executed the evening of April 19, 1995.
Personnel: All ATF & FBI employed and based inside the Murrah building were conveniently away from the building
when it blew up. There are a couple of witnesses who state in affidavits that
when they were running to the building, a couple of ATF told them they were paged and told not to come to the building.
Was there prior warning to this specific group of people? The evidence points to yes.
Mr. McVeigh: It is apparent that Tim McVeigh, after leaving the Army, drifted around for awhile, had very strong
feelings about the government's gassing and murder of 80+ Americans at Waco.
It is possible that McVeigh has a bio-chip in his buttocks which can control his feelings and actions? Based
on comments made by the former foreman of the grand jury in 1995, Hoppy Heidelberg, it is possible that McVeigh has intimate
knowledge of illegal military activities and therefore would have to be neutralized. Play on his weakness and vulnerability
and set him up as a patsy.
Let me quote Hoppy from an interview he gave to Jon Rappaport, December 16, 1995:
Q: Did McVeigh's sister say McVeigh told her he had worked for a special operations Army group that was engaged
in criminal activity?
A: Not exactly. She said something like that.
Q: That her brother told her such a special operations group existed?
A: Yes. But more than that.
Q: That they had recruited him and he turned them down?
A: Yes.
[Recall the photos of this alleged military operation outside the Hardy Lake area - photos enclosed]
Q: He [McVeigh] didn't testify at the grand jury?
A: He won't talk. I don't know if he's happy to be a martyr or he's confident he won't get convicted. He doesn't
seem terribly worried. Seems possible he thinks he was working for the government and won't be convicted. That's speculation."
MY PERSONAL CONCLUSIONS:
1. A Ryder truck with fertilizer and ammonia nitrate scientifically could not and did not blow up the Murrah
building. It was blown from inside by high explosive charges placed on the columns. At least three were taken out of the building
within 2-6 hours after the second bomb went off. Where are the bombs and what did their "signatures" show when dismantled?
My money says rogue elements within the government know exactly what happened to those bombs.
2. Who had the clearance to get these high explosive bombs into the building and who had the technical knowledge
to build them? McVeigh? Nichols? Strassmeir? Brescia? Middle-Eastern terrorists - some most certainly were involved and you
can look to the Strassmeir/CIA connection here.
3. There may and probably was a car bomb parked either in front of the curb close to Robinson & 5th or across
the street in the Southwestern Bell parking lot which contained some explosives. This may or may not have been the actions
of individuals from the Elhoim City group. This car bomb did not blow up the Murrah building and kill and maim.
4. The ATF knew that the Elhoim City people were possibly planning an act of terrorism against a federal building,
either in Tulsa or OKC. Carol Howe, their informant can confirm this, she was not allowed to testify at McVeigh's trial. McVeigh
was involved with this group of people as an idealistic patsy.
5. I believe the surveillance film from the Southwest Bell parking lot survived and the government is lying
about this. Martin Keating will be the key to finding out if the tape survived. Why was his original manuscript written in 1991, an exact schematic of events on April 19, 1995? There's some connection here.
6. Despite overwhelming information, the government has refused to arrest any one else, including the Elhoim
City group, except McVeigh and Nichols. Why? Because they are protecting their own people who planned and carried out this
interior bombing with the Elhoim City group providing them with a perfect diversion and cover story. McVeigh's social security
number unbelievably and conveniently matched one "flagged" by the FBI as belonging to one of their suspects - suspects who
at the time had no name, no face. How could the government know a social security number?
7. People can skyrocket into a state of denial all they want but I'm stating, knowing what I know after the
last seven years of intense research, that it was imperative that the people who pull the strings in Washington, DC get their
Nazi, draconian antiterrorist bill passed by Congress and signed into law. It wasn't happening but it did after the tragedy
in OKC. Adolph Hitler had his own thugs blow up the Reichstag building, blamed it on the anti-government element in Germany
trying to warn the people about what was coming and the rest is history. It took about 40 years for the truth about that to
finally come out. The average American out there simply cannot accept or understand
the depth of the evil in this world - in our own government.
As Patrick Henry said: "We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth..." Can anyone who has read this
report and done their homework, honestly say that the government and the government's media have told the American people
the truth, the whole truth about what happened April 19, 1995? They can't and that should scare every thinking American.
As unpalatable as this might seem to the trusting American pubic, only a very sophisticated operation could
have pulled off this bombing. The Elhoim City group planning a possible fertilizer bomb in a car in front of the building
for revenge over whatever was a perfect cover.
8. Judge Richard Matsch should be impeached. In a trial of such magnitude, he refused to allow any exculpatory
witnesses or evidence - in fact any and all evidence which would prove the government's lies - he had sealed. Stephen Jones
should have gone to the appellate level and to the Supreme court if necessary to get Matsch removed as judge and all evidence
allowed into the courtroom for a jury to see and all witnesses for them to hear. A gross miscarriage of justice is the only
word I can use for McVeigh's trial - miscarriage of justice both for McVeigh and for our legal system.
After McVeigh's conviction and when he was formally sentenced to death, he used a quote from a dissent in a
1928 U.S. Supreme Court ruling to address the court. The media blasted this portion:
"If the court please, I wish to use the words of Justice Brandeis dissenting in Olmsteadto speak for me. He
wrote, 'Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example.'
That's all I have."
The government's media and the families of the victim's said this was McVeigh'sconfession. The rest of Justice
Brandeis' quote conveniently omitted is as follows:
"Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt of law; it invites every man
to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy. To declare that in the administration of the criminal law, the end justifies
the means - to declare that the government may commit crimes in order to secure the conviction of a private citizen - would
bring terrible retribution."
I find it interesting that McVeigh used this quote - one I had not read until I looked it up. In the June 1997
addendum to my Why A Bankrupt America booklet, I said that when the lawmakers
become the lawbreakers, anarchy reigns. Very close to what Justice Brandeis
said. I believe that McVeigh used this quote to state that he knows who planted the bombs in the building or he suspects that
he was the prime patsy and that the government has lied and covered up to secure his conviction and cover-up those he knows
were involved.
Some of you may have heard that before McVeigh's formal sentencing he openly and publicly for the first time
blasted his counsel, Stephen Jones, stating that he had foundout that Jones repeatedly lied to him. I don't know if this is
true but I suspect it is. The best and only course I believe McVeigh can take at this time is to confess to any illegal activity
he was involved in and if he wasn't part of the bombing, then he needs to make that clear. If he was involved but didn't know
the extent of the events which ultimately occurred, then he needs to go public and as they say, bare his soul. He has nothing
to lose at this point.
9. If Mr. McVeigh got himself, knowingly or unwittingly, involved in a plot, using a car bomb full of fertilizer
to explode in the street in front of the Murrah building, then he should have been charged with that crime. I believe that he was involved in something but
the full extent of his activities and actions, I still don't know yet.
Hopefully we will find out sometime in the near future. I would dearly love to see the Pentagon report the government
has covered-up. In this report, McVeigh is referred to as a "useful idiot". How did they come to this conclusion?
10. McVeigh was arraigned at Tinker Air Force Base. Why? Yes, the federal courthouse behind the Murrah building was damaged but there were plenty other
federal courthouses within a 500 mile radius. Why was a civilian suspect taken
to a military base for arraignment? This is a big question that begs to be answered for a lot of very important reasons.
The appeal process is now underway for McVeigh. The families and survivors will have to continue to live with
all the pain. The government continues to lie and coverup.
Terry Nichols is currently on trial and it appears that the same modus
operandi by the government is underway. Sometime next year we should see the
wrongful death civil trials by the families and survivors begin - then look out for a massive government sponsored media blackout
and cover-up. {1998: As we all know, Nichols was found guilty and given life in a box.]
11. There is no question in my mind that not only did each and every ATF and FBI agent assigned to the Murrah
building know something was in the wind, but some of them have exact and intimate knowledge of who provided and brought the
high explosive bombs into the building. There is no question in my mind that
parallel operations were going on at the same time and it wouldn't surprise
me if the final decision for the Elhoim City people to target the Murrah building came from a paid government informant. That
way they could make sure the real killers - the bombs inside the building - were in place and ready if and when these other
wackos brought their car bomb.
There is also no doubt in my mind that this possible sting operation was deliberately allowed to go bad. Anyone
who has read the trial transcripts from the World Trade Center bombing knows that not only did the FBI know these terrorists
were going to attempt to blow up the World Trade Center, they financially assisted the bombers and helped them build the bombs.
No? Do your homework and you'll find out the truth. Naturally no one in the FBI was ever brought to trial for their heinous
actions.
It is a pity we can't see all documents, records from the CIA, all records, documents pertaining to Andrew Strassmeir.
Will the State Department try to get Strassmeir extradited? Fat chance and I call it obstruction of justice. How about the bomb squad that was in front of the Murrah building 90 minutes before the bombing?
So many questions, so much cover-up.
There will be people, whose blind loyalty to their political party and childlike trust in the government will refuse to believe what's right in front of their eyes. It's too painful, too real and disturbs their comfort zone. It's much easier just to believe that anti-government
[people like McVeigh who read the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights], right-wing, white supremacist loons blew up a federal
building in retaliation for Waco. All a bunch of crazies out there to get Granny Smith down the street. Yes, that's much more
comfortable.
Hoppy Heidelberg, former grand jury foreman in OKC, will hold public meetings once the current county grand
jury in OKC investigating the bombing finishes its session. Hoppy and other dedicated individuals will hold open hearings
and want the public to attend. These hearings will be video taped so that everyone in America will be able to see and hear
all the witnesses and their testimony.
We must get to the truth about this bombing and see to it that everyone connected with this sickening act are
brought to justice and the appropriate sentences carried out.
There are untold numbers of people out there who believe McVeigh was railroaded, setup or just lynched because
of his political beliefs. There are those who haven't been given 1% of the truth about what went on but believe he's 100%
guilty. For the sake of the people who died, their families, for the integrity of our nation, we've got to find out the real
truth and only the people of this country can make that happen by a very loud and persistent outcry.
ANOTHER LOOK AT THE OKC BOMBING

Before I get started on the meat of this piece , I want to say something about a common
question I get from people: "Devvy, you know the government is covering up on this bombing, we'll never know the truth, why

That is why I
bother.
168 Americans were slaughtered without even the chance to defend themselves. Not DEA, or SSA or any other government agency
someone may not like. 168 human beings. Men, women, children, babies. Slaughtered. These were people's moms, dads, brothers,
sisters, husbands, wives, grand babies, children, brothers, sisters, cousins, sons and daughters. Innocents.
There is too much scientific evidence and eyewitness accounts that point to more than McVeigh,
Nichols or Fortier as the masterminds behind this heinous act of murder. Why do I bother? For God's sake, how
can anyone sit back and swallow the bald-faced lies about this bombing and do nothing about it simply because the odds are
stacked against us? We must do everything we can to expose the truth, stacked deck or not.
I hate working on these pieces and I've been following this for six years.
I can't even imagine what the families of these victims and the survivors have gone through.
Below are references to photos and references of
more photos of the crime scene. Just imagine what it must have been like and the wounds that will never really heal for all
these people. Think you're having a bad day? I used to say that about our Viet Nam POW's and their families. Now I say it
again, only this time about the OKC bombing and many other "tragedies." Next time you're having a bad day, remember that list
above. I have and it makes me feel very small and ungrateful.
Please note the absence of ATF and FBI personnel. Not that I would have wished any of them
to die that day, but it is glaringly obvious that they were gone from the building that day and that they had prior warning
to stay away.
I thought I was going to knock out this update in a day or two. I've spent the last five
days, in between everything else, combing more than 500 web sites looking for specific things. This piece is not a re-hash
of the other pieces I have done on the bombing.
For the nay-sayers and skeptics out there like Bill O'Reilly (FOX), I recommend you read
these pieces first so that you can see what was going on back at the beginning. Then I strongly recommend you get the video,
Cover-Up in OKC. This video contains a live affidavit by a woman named Jane Graham, a bombing survivor who was in the building
when the bombs went off. A woman who was barred from testifying at the grand jury which was convened in OKC that eventually
indicted McVeigh and Nichols. Nor was she allowed to testify at McVeigh's trial.
You can order this video at: http://www.devvy.com/ord.html
I arrived in Denver, Colorado on May 11th for my daughter's college graduation. During the day on the car radio,
I heard the news that McVeigh's execution was stayed. The reason given by the feds was that an FBI field agent suddenly decided
to turn over 3,000 documents, mostly 302's (witness statements). Kinda like Hillary Clinton finding the Rose Law Firm billing
records on the coffee table in the private residence of the White House 21/2 years after they were requested by the Special
Council. Yeah, right. The FBI even put out a real dignified looking press release on this:

FBI National Press Office
Statement of Special Agent in Charge Danny Defenbaugh
Regarding OKBOMB Documents
The investigation into the April 19, 1995 bombing of the Alfred P.
Murrah Building, referred to as "OKBOMB", was one of the most labor intensive efforts in
FBI history. This investigation produced millions of records, including 23,290 pieces of evidence, over 238,000 photographs,
and in excess of 28,000 interviews. The OKBOMB Task Force and Director Freeh requested all FBI offices to forward items and
documentation relating to the investigation to the Task Force. On numerous occasions, commencing in the fall of 1995, we sought
and obtained numerous assurances from FBI field offices and legal attaches that diligent searches for documents had taken
place and that all matters relating to the investigation had been made available for inclusion in the discovery process.
In December of 2000, the FBI initiated procedures to ensure that all OKBOMB investigative
records were appropriately archived. Over the course of the last several months, the FBI exercised due diligence to ensure
that all records created as a result of the investigation were logged into and compared with each of 26 data bases which serve
as a repository for information. During this process it was determined that some of the materials from various FBI field offices
were not a part of the investigative database. Moreover, this was the first time the OKBOMB task force had seen these materials,
and none were used in the Government's case. I informed senior FBI officials at Headquarters for the first time on Tuesday,
May 8, 2001 that the archiving process had turned up these materials.
These materials included results of interviews, notes, and transmittal envelopes which contain
physical items.
The FBI is working closely with the prosecutors and the Justice Department to carefully
review each item. The materials have been provided to the defense attorneys, who are also reviewing each of the items to ensure
that there is nothing that bears on the convictions or sentences of Timothy McVeigh or Terry Nichols.
I have been advised that the Attorney General has ordered an immediate inquiry into this
matter by the Department of Justice's Office of the Inspector General.
Something else was going on during this "sudden discovery" of documents that may have promoted
this discovery. One has to wonder just when this field agent, who had apparently had these documents stashed for the past
six months was going to cut loose with them? Perhaps never or after our patsy was executed? In any event, as I said, something
else was going on behind the scenes and it has to do with a courageous
woman named Jane Graham.

AFFIDAVIT OF JANE GRAHAM
State of Oklahoma
County of Oklahoma
Before me, the undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared before me Jane Graham, known
to me, who, upon being sworn, deposed and stated as follows:
1. I am Jane Graham. I am at least 21 years of age, and I have personal knowledge of the
following facts, which facts are true and correct.
2. I am a victim/survivor of the collapse of the Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995,
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Among other information, from my location on the 9th floor, I felt both major explosions,
and I saw the wet concrete filling in the 24-25 foot "pits" (craters) in the basement of the Murrah Federal Building, within
hours after the explosions.
3. I have made myself and my information available to the investigating authorities. However,
my testimony was never sought for Grand Jury purposes and for trial purposes.
4. Also, I have been "visited" by officials who have tried to dissuade me from testifying
as to the involvement of one Mr.Gary Hunt in the activities surrounding the explosions that collapsed the Murrah Federal Building.
5. I am one of several victims/survivors, and otherwise interested, parties plaintiff in
a civil matter pending in Oklahoma arising from facts and circumstances of that bombing. It is difficult to continue with
litigation when the evidence keeps ending up destroyed or otherwise made unavailable for any purpose.
6. Not only is there an interest in maintaining justice and fairness in the judicial proceedings
of which I am a party, and with all matters stemmingfrom that disaster, but some even more immediate is the possibility that
the execution will not be within the authority normally expected for such procedures, but rather outside that authority. An
entire group of us have endured quite a bit, directly, and if there's a way to prevent further damage, which could be rather
serious in nature, in particular as regards the Warden and his staff, I am just one of several very interested in seeing that
such further damage is prevented and avoided where it is at all possible to accomplish.
7. This completes this Affidavit.
(Please see next page for signatures.)
Then Jane Graham filed a lawsuit to stop McVeigh's execution:
IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN
DISTRICT OF INDIANA
Jane GRAHAM, and V. Z. LAWTON Citizens of the State of Oklahoma,
Plaintiff v. ' Cause No. _______________________
Harley LAPPIN, Warden United States Penitentiary Terre Haute,
Indiana,
Defendant
The Honorable Steve CARTER, Attorney General, State of Indiana, a necessary party for matters
involving public charitable trusts doing business in Indiana, a Necessary Party
ORIGINAL COMPLAINT AND APPLICATION FOR (EMERGENCY)
TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
The Parties. 1. Plaintiffs are Citizens of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
2. GRAHAM is a victim/survivor of the collapse of the Murrah Federal Building on April 19,
1995, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Among other information, from her location on the 9th floor, she felt both
major explosions, and she saw the wet concrete filling in the 24-25 foot "pits" (craters) in the basement of the Murrah Federal
Building, within hours after the explosions. To date, her testimony was refused for Grand Jury purposes and for trial purposes.
She has been "visited" by officials who have tried to dissuade her from testifying as to the involvement of one Mr. Gary Hunt
in the activities surrounding the explosions that collapsed the Murrah Federal Building. She is a party plaintiff in a civil
matter pending in Oklahoma arising from facts and circumstances of that bombing.
3. LAWTON is a victim/survivor of the collapse of the Murrah Federal Building on April 19,
1995, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. He was on the 8th floor that morning. He has worked with the Oklahoma City
Bombing Investigation Committee, headed by Charles Key, former Oklahoma State Representative. He is a party plaintiff in a
civil matter pending in Oklahoma arising from the facts andcircumstances of that bombing.
4. Mr. LAPPIN, a Defendant, is the Warden of the United States Penitentiary located in Terre
Haute, Indiana, a resident in which facility is Offender McVeigh. In his capacity as Warden, Mr. LAPPIN is the responsible
party for the penitentiary regarding any execution or any stay of execution.
5. Mr. LAPPIN may be served personally through the following business address: Mr. Harley
Lappin, Warden United States Penitentiary 4200 Bureau Rd N Terre Haute, Indiana 47808
6. Mr. CARTER is the Attorney General of the State of Indiana, and, in this capacity, is
a necessary party for matters involving public charitable trust entities doing business in Indiana.Time to determine with
certainty the organizational structure of the prison facility is short, and counsel is preferring to err on the side of too
much inclusion and too much notice.
7. Mr. CARTER may be served personally through the followingbusiness address: The Honorable
Steve Carter Office of the Indiana Attorney General Indiana Government Center South, 5th Floor 402 West Washington Street
Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 The Authority of This Court.
8. Plaintiffs seek relief in equity. There is no adequate remedy at law.
9. In fact, time being short, Plaintiffs seek emergency equitable relief.
10. Plaintiffs have sufficient interest in, and stake in the outcome of, this matter to
have standing.
11. This court has subject matter jurisdiction over these claims for relief and these parties
as follows:
A. This Controversy arises under the Constitution, in particular under Article III, section
2, Article IV, section 2, and the Sixth amendment, to the effect that the "transferee" trial court in Colorado lacked subject
matter jurisdiction to try any criminal matter that arose in Oklahoma.
B. This Controversy is between Citizens of the State of Oklahoma and at least one Citizen
of the State of Indiana, namely the penitentiary, the responsible party of which is the Warden. C. In the event this penitentiary
is not a business entity, but rather an agency of the United States Government, then this matter could conceivably involve
the United States Government as a party. 12. This court has personal jurisdiction over the parties, in that Mr. LAPPIN works
in this State.
13. This court has proper venue, in that Defendant's place of business is in the same county
in which this court sits. Overview. This effort intends to operate as an effective stay of execution of Timothy McVeigh, at
least a temporary one. That execution is scheduled for early morning, Wednesday, 16 May 2001, which is less than one week
from the date of likely filing of this pleading. Had there been any possible way to have initiated this sooner, counsel would
certainly have done so. This proceeding does not concern McVeigh, or the death penalty, as such. This proceeding concerns
these Plaintiffs, specifically, and, in a general sense, the personnel of our Armed Forces. For the Plaintiffs, interests
of truth and justice are paramount, which interests are furthered by allowing all relevant evidence into the courtroom.
For our Armed Forces personnel, who throughout history have been willing to pay the ultimate
sacrifice for our notions of "limited government," for "us," the ones they serve, to "give away" in the courtroom what our
Armed Forces personnel are willing to die to preserve on the battlefield is an intolerable circumstance. To carry out an "execution,"
based on a "judgment" from a court that clearly lacks subject matter jurisdiction, is to spit on the graves of those who have
died in service to us, and in the face of those who presently serve us, to prevent that very sort of exercise of power against
us, their family, friends and neighbors. Where a defendant is "good for it," and for the punishment that is appropriate, let
that defendant be tried in the judicial forum with authority to enter such adjudication and sentence.
Claim 1: Lack of subject matter jurisdiction in the transferee trial court, generally. Criminal
matters can be tried only in the State in which they are alleged to have occurred. Since these charges were tried not in Oklahoma,
but rather in Colorado, it follows that the transferee Colorado court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to try any criminal
matter that arose or occurred within the State of Oklahoma.
Claim 2: Lack of subject matter jurisdiction in any United States District Court to try
"murder" Cases. Congress has no power or authority, for the purposes of generating "admissible evidence of Law of the United
States," on the subject of "murder." Congress does have "exclusive
legislative Authority," as regards the District of Columbia, and property owned by the United
States Government, to define and punish "murder." However, these Cases against McVeigh involve neither the District of Columbia
nor property owned by the United States Government. Further, even if there were to come to existence evidence supporting the
position that the property on which stood the Murrah Federal Building was property owned by the United States Government,
it is still the case that such language, which is "admissible evidence of Law" only in the District (and for US property),
is not the basis for any litigation in a court exercising the Article III judicial Power, for such judicial Power does not
extend to matters arising under "Law of the District."
Claim 3: Preservation of McVeigh as "evidence." There is still litigation pending, both
civil and criminal, as a result of the deaths and damage resulting from the collapse of the Murrah Federal Building. The building
itself, is one of the best sources of evidence as to what took place that morning, and that evidence has already been destroyed.
It's an interesting and unique view, to be sure, to consider McVeigh as "evidence," but this is an accurate and justiciable
point. What he knows, and, even what is in, or not it, his body, is relevant evidence to the continuing litigation, both civil
and criminal. To "execute" McVeigh is to destroy evidence needed for the continuing litigation.
The Facts.
Claim 1: The scheduled execution of Timothy McVeigh should be indefinitely postponed, because
the death sentence judgment against McVeigh is void and unenforceable. No trial court in Colorado, whether a State or United
States trial court, has subject matter jurisdiction to try any Case that arises in Oklahoma.
14. The bombing of the World Trade Center in New York resulted in criminal litigation, which
litigation took place in the State of New York.
(Judicial Notice)
15. More recently, the bombing of he church in Alabama resulted in criminal litigation,
which litigation took place in the State of Alabama.
(Judicial Notice)
16. The Cases against McVeigh arise from acts and events that took place in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma. (Judicial Notice)
17. Oklahoma is a State. (Judicial Notice)
18. The Murrah Federal Building was located in Oklahoma City, which city is within the State
of Oklahoma. (Judicial Notice)
19. The Murrah Federal Building collapsed after the ignition of multiple explosions, which
building collapse caused the tragic deaths of those victims.
20. As proved by the Eglin Air Force Base Blast Effects Study, led by Brigadier General
Benton K. Partin, United States Air Force, retired, former director of the Air Force Armament Technology Laboratory and one
of the world's premier explosives and ordnance authorities, among other evidence, in particular the evidence collected and
preserved under the direction of Charles Key, former Oklahoma State Representative, it is highly unlikely that the truck bomb,
the only explosion attributed to McVeigh, was sufficient to cause the building to collapse.
21. Since the primary purpose of trial is to place responsibility where it belongs, it follows
that the judicial process to date has failed to accomplish it's primary purpose.
22. Further, no criminal matter, not even Treason, can be tried by a court, whether
a State or a United States trial court, outside the State in which those acts occurred. (Law)
23. Yet, the Cases against McVeigh were transferred across the Oklahoma State line, namely
to Denver, Colorado. (Judicial Notice)
24. Because the transferee court was not in Oklahoma, the transferee court lacked subject
matter jurisdiction to hear any Case against McVeigh. (Conclusion fact/law)
25. Therefore, the adjudication of guilt and the and sentence of death against McVeigh are
void and unenforceable. (Conclusion, fact/law)
26. Therefore, there is no authority to carry out any execution of McVeigh. Because there
is no authority in an order or judgment from a court that lacks the authority to try the Cases, one primary concern behind
this proceeding is that it is possible, as a matter of law, that such act amounts to another act of murder, and of destruction
of evidence, of which we have had more than enough in this matter already. (Conclusion fact/law)
27. If McVeigh is a murderer, then let such charges be tried in a court that has the authority
to try those Cases, namely the State District Court in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Claim 2: The scheduled execution of Timothy McVeigh should be indefinitely postponed, because
the death sentence judgment against McVeigh is void and unenforceable. The language used in the indictment on the "murder"
charges is not "admissible evidence of Law" for any of the Cases charged against McVeigh. Alternatively, and in addition,
to the foregoing,
28. Congress has no "legislative Power" to define and punish "murder" (which term here intends
to cover any instrumentality by which is caused the death of another) as a matter of "admissible evidence of Law of the United
States." (Conclusion Law)
29. While Congress does have "exclusive legislative Authority" to define and punish "murder,"
for purposes of "admissible evidence of Law of the District of Columbia," which is the Seat of the Government of the United
States, the Murrah Federal Building was not in the District of Columbia.
(Fact Judicial Notice, Law)
30. While Congress does have "exclusive legislative Authority" to define and punish "murder,"
for purposes of "admissible evidence of Law" for matters that occur on property owned by United States Government, the Murrah
Federal Building was not on property owned by the United States Government. (Fact Judicial Notice, Law)
A. There is no deed or receipt showing ownership in the United States Government, and no
such document or evidence was ever introduced at trial. (Judicial Notice) B. There is no "Consent" by the Oklahoma State
Legislature to any such transfer into the hands of the United States Government, and no
such document or evidence was ever introduced at trial. (Judicial Notice)
31. The "murder" charges in the indictment were based on language that is not Law of the
United States. If that language is Law, it can only be Law of the District of Columbia. Outside that geographical limit, that
language is "admissible evidence of Law" only for matters arising on, or somehow pertaining to, property owned by the United
States Government. Since the Murrah Federal Building was not located on property owned by the United States government, the
language of the indictment regarding these charges of "murder" cannot be the basis for any "murder" charge arising from the
facts and circumstances of these Cases. (Any statutory language regarding "murder" can be provided only by the Oklahoma Legislature.)
(Facts Judicial Notice, Law)
32. Since no language produced by the Oklahoma Legislature was the statutory basis for any
"murder" charge against McVeigh, the indictment, as regards those particular charges, is void on its face. (Conclusion fact/law)
33. Since the "murder" charge language of the indictment does not assert a Case that arises
under the Constitution, or under the Laws of the United States, or under any Treaty, and since such "murder" charge language
does not assert a Case affecting any Ambassador, other public Minister or Consul, and since such "murder" charge language
does not assert a Case of admiralty or maritime Jurisdiction, not only is the failure in that pleading not subject to waiver,
but also such failure amounts to a failure to establish subject matter jurisdiction in any United States District Court regarding
those "murder" charges. (Conclusion fact/law)
34. Since it is the "causing the death of another" language, in that or those statutory
provisions, that led to the death penalty sentence, it follows that the order handing down that sentence, as regards the "murder"
charges, is void and unenforceable. (Conclusion fact/law)
35. Therefore, there is no authority to carry out any execution of McVeigh, meaning that
it is likely that such act amounts to nothing more than another act of murder, and another act of destruction of evidence,
of which we have had more than enough in this matter already. (Conclusion fact/law)
36. If McVeigh is a murderer, then let such charges be brought by the Grand Jury of Oklahoma
County, the one body in the entire country that has the authority to assert such "murder" charges, which charges, in this
case, can be based only on Law of the State of Oklahoma, whether common law or legislative enactment, as the case may be.
Claim 3: The scheduled execution of Timothy McVeigh should be indefinitely postponed, because
destroying McVeigh is another act of destruction of evidence. For so long as litigation exists, and there is still litigation
pending as a result of the collapse of the Murrah Federal Building, both civil and criminal, McVeigh is a source of evidence,
both as to what he knows and to his physical body. Alternatively, and in addition, to the foregoing,
37. Broadcast nationally through various news programs have been the comments both of McVeigh's
psychiatrist and his former defense counsel. Specifically mentioned by the psychiatrist has been McVeigh's "consent" to the
disclosure of that otherwise privileged information. Since McVeigh has communicated his willingness to provide evidence, what
makes sense is to hear this information from him directly, rather than through his representatives. (Judicial Notice)
38. Even though litigation continues as a result of the collapse of the Murrah Federal Building,
the building, itself, which is a vital source of evidence as to what took place that morning, was razed. (Judicial Notice)
39. Even though litigation continues, one key party to a particularly relevant set of events
and circumstances, namely McVeigh, is scheduled to be destroyed. (Judicial Notice)
40. Even though litigation continues, one key item of evidence, namely
he physical body of McVeigh, itself, is scheduled to be destroyed.
(Judicial Notice)
41. Since the judicial proceedings to date have done far more to raise questions than to
answer them, to raise doubts than to dispel them, it follows that all who have interests in the currently pending litigation,
and in any timely initiated litigation that may follow, should be allowed the fullest accessibility to every possible remaining
shred of evidence, even that of the living, physical body of McVeigh, and of the information McVeigh himself has, as regards
all elements and facets of these extraordinary circumstances. (Conclusion fact/law)
42. Since such matters are still in the trial stage, potentially subject to retrial, until
there is no possible additional proceeding for which evidence that McVeigh can provide is pending, McVeigh must be preserved
as evidence. (Judicial Notice, Conclusion fact/law)
43. Many properly convicted murderers spend a great many years on "death row." Thus, there
seems an unusual hurry to execute McVeigh, especially in light of the lack of subject matter jurisdiction to impose the sentence
of death, both as to the trial court, generally, and as to the "murder" charges, specifically. (Judicial Notice) Prayer for
Relief Wherefore, premises considered, Plaintiffs request that the court grant the following relief:
1. Issue a temporary injunction, upon hearing or ex parte, as the circumstances may initially
require, effectively staying the execution of Timothy McVeigh.
2. Grant a permanent injunction, upon notice and opportunity to be heard, to stay the execution
of Timothy McVeigh.
3. Grant any and all other relief to which Plaintiffs may show themselves justly entitled.

Subject: Serious case, short time
Good Morning:
I'm Harmon L. Taylor, and I'm licensed in Texas (SBN 19693800), since
May, 1989. Your name came up as someone in Terre Haute who might be able to get me in touch
with at least one lawyer there who would be able to serve as local counsel.
Let me apologize up front for what may be a close shave on the practical time line. I've
been following the McVeigh case since fairly early on, and there are a couple of major problems stemming from lack of judicial
authority to try the case at all, and I'd like to get those heard in the court there in the county in which the correctional
facility is located. McVeigh, as a person, is about the last concern on my list. What gets my attention here is the cost it
has taken to obtain and preserve our notions of "limited government." If it helps at all, my grandfather (Mom's Dad), served
in the Navy in WWI; I went to Texas A&M; I've got family and friends on active duty and on reserve duty, and it can't
stand it when they get, let's just call it "the epitome of disrespect," when what they're ready to protect is just willy-nilly
given away in the courtroom.
In March, I wrote the President a letter. The full text is on the website
( http://www.legalreality.com). (I understand you've done quite a little pro life-litigation,
so you also may be at least interested in my discussion on Roe v. Wade, when you get a minute.) I didn't expect a lot to happen,
and, I haven't been disappointed by setting my expectations too high.
What I had depended upon, perhaps too optimistically, was a contact into your area in order
to get some planning done considerably earlier than "now." There having been none until yesterday, I can just allow this to
play out and see what the Divine Intervention result will be. And, your name came up from the pro-life matters, so I doubt
you'd even know from whom came the reference.
At any rate, in the Open Letter to the President, I outline two reasons to stay the execution.
Actually, both points would change the current result drastically, but the primary objective is to prevent the execution.
I don't know; we may have different views on the death penalty, but even where I would otherwise find it the appropriate sentence,
I'd like first for the court to have at least the authority to try the case.
Point 1: No court (State or US) in Colorado has subject matter jurisdiction to try a criminal
case that arose outside Colorado, in this case, Oklahoma.
Article III, section 2, Article 4, section 2, and the Sixth Amendment are abundantly clear
that even Treason, the one crime defined in the Constitution, itself, cannot be tried outside the State in which it arose.
So, there's no legislatively defined/punished behavior (State or US) that can ever be "transferred" across the State line.
In other words, even if the language used for purposes of the indictment were "Law of the United States," it's still legally
impossible for a crime in Oklahoma to be tried in Colorado. Not even Treason committed in Oklahoma could be tried in Colorado.
Point 2: (In sum) The indictment is insufficient on its face, as regards the charges of
murder. Congress has zero authority to address the topic of murder (and, in this area, we might be able to get a better handle
on what the feds are trying to do as regards abortion). Since Congress can't address murder in such a way as to create "Law
of the United States," what we're left with is either a military matter or a matter involving United States property.
Two key problems here. (1) The McVeigh case is neither a military matter nor a matter involving
United States property, and (2) even if this involved United States property, such legislation is not a basis for activating
Article III, section 2, subject matter jurisdiction.
As regards the first key problem. The non-military angle may speak for itself, so I'll address
the summary as to how we know this wasn't a matter involving United States property. For property to be United States property,
there must be, among the other requirements, two documents:
(1) A deed (some form of receipt) and (2) an Act by the State Legislature granting "Consent"
to the sale of that property to the United States Government. Art. I, section 8 (in the "exclusive legislative Authority"
clause).
The local media, there in OK City, ran a few stories really early on into this matter that
established that no such documents exists. That story didn't get national attention, and I only learned about it after proposing
this angle to some folks there in OK City. At any rate, after contacting the State Legislature myself, and getting no response,
and being satisfied that it's impossible for such documents to be in the original trial record, since the documents don't
exist, I'm 100% certain that we're not talking about US Government Property: (1) There is no deed (receipt), and (2) the Oklahoma
Legislature never consented to any transfer into the hands of the United States Government.
Therefore, this is not even a matter that involves US Government property, which leaves
both the US Grand Jury and the US Attorney General's Office in the reality of having no authority in/over the case.
As regards the second key problem (regarding the basis for the murder charges). Let's say
that the AG's Office comes up with some fraudulently filed and authenticated documents that would then satisfy the requirements
that this property was US Government property. It's still the case than any language that would apply to the District (and
all US Government property) would HAVE to be handled by the STATE authorities. Since Article III, section 2, does not extend
the judicial
Power to matters that "arise under" the Law of the District (which is made by Congress pursuant
to the "exclusive legislative Authority" clause in Article I, section 8), it follows that there just simply is no basis for
trying such crimes in any US District Court in the country, much less even presenting them to a US Grand Jury, or having them
handled by the US AG's Office. But, to focus on the essential point, there's zero authority in any US District Court, not
even one in Oklahoma, to try a criminal charge based on language that is only applicable to/in the District (and to US Government
property). Those matters MUST be sued out in the State judicial process.
That's the legal basis for asking for a stay of execution. Not to get into the "this is
splitting hairs" angle, I'm also 100% convinced that the truck bomb, the only explosion to which McVeigh has been associated,
was anything like sufficient to bring down that building. As indicated in the letter to the President, the facts we know to
be true, which have yet to make the national media, include the fact that each one of the vertical supports in that building
had a demolition charge strapped to it (which the FBI, ATF, etc., knew about, which is why they weren't there that day). The
tireless work that (former) Oklahoma State Representative Charles Key and his team have done puts this, and many unreported
facts rather much beyond dispute.
In short, on the issue of causation, we have this. This is not an explosion case, as has
been marketed by the media. It's a building collapse case. Those very unfortunate deaths were not caused by the explosion,
but by the building collapse. So, the question is this: which explosion(s) that morning caused the building to collapse? Given
that it was physically impossible for the truck bomb to do much more than break some windows, it follows that there's an intervening
cause, and superseding cause, which other cause is the actual cause of the building collapse.
Thus, it's impossible for McVeigh's actions to have resulted in the building collapse, meaning
it's legally impossible for McVeigh to have committed murder, at all. That's the matter in a nutshell. Please feel free to
forward this to any who might be able to serve as local counsel.
Thanks, very much, for having a minute, and for your time in this matter.

Jane Graham's letter to the Oklahoma County Grand Jury dated
November 24, 1997:
The FBI broke the "missing documents" story on the 10th. I heard this on the news that night
in my hotel room. The mainstream media" said it like this: "The government's lapse in turning over the documents...." Lapse?
This is what they call obstruction of justice and lying - a lapse? Oh, good.
And they wonder why thinking Americans do not trust this government or their goon agencies?
A very important point here about this "sudden discovery": Once again the government has put the situation back into an arena
they can control: a federal court matter. Same judge, same players, outcome controlled.
These documents are potentially nothing. Isn't that what we keep hearing from the feds?
They're gonna give up a few documents that are "nothing."
What are they holding that we don't know about? Lots I'll bet. Does this stink or what? Jane Graham's lawsuit is hot and I'm still waiting
to hear something about it from the "mainstream media" or even Bill O'Reilly.
Fat chance.
If Mrs. Graham's suit was signed, mailed and filed around the 9th, you can bet DoJ already
knew it was coming. Suddenly we have "newly discovered," actually
withheld, documents and the stay of McVeigh's execution.
Pretty nifty timing on the government's part, wouldn't you say? I say the FBI is full of it and some of them should be hauled
in front of a grand jury. If you have not read the Inspector General's report on the FBI lab fiasco, brought to light by a
courageous man named Frederick Whitehurst, you can do so at:
http://www.usdoj.gov/oig/fbilab1/fbil1toc.htm (just a note from the owners of this
site: this link is now broken. Wonder why....)
Excerpt:
"From the report: "As explained below, we conclude that in this report, Williams repeatedly
reached conclusions that incriminated the defendants without a scientific basis and that were not explained in the body of
the report. We find fault with other aspects of the report as well. We also conclude that Thurman performed an inadequate
review of Williams' report by allowing Williams too much discretion and by approving conclusions with which Thurman disagreed
and could not support.
Further, we conclude that Martz improperly deviated from the explosives residue protocol
in his examination of some specimens."
"Williams testified at his OIG interview that determining (scientific stuff deleted).....Williams
also acknowledged that although ammonium nitrate crystals were found at the post-blast scene, there are many explosives t\in
the range of 12,14000 fps that have ammonium nitrate in them.
Nevertheless, Williams concluded in his report that the main explosive used at OKC was ANFO.
He acknowledged that he reached this conclusion, in part, because Terry Nichols, one of the defendants in this case, purchased
ammonium nitrate and diesel oil prior to the bombing.
Without the evidence of these purchases, Williams admitted he would have been unable to
conclude that ANFO was used. Indeed, Williams stated that based on the post-blast scene along, it could have been dynamite."
Let me see if I have this straight: This guy says that he concluded that ANFO was the component
used in the OKC bombing because Mr. Nichols bought ammonia nitrate and diesel oil prior to the bombing. It might surprise
Mr. Williams to know that literally thousands of farmers in this country and demolition companies, purchase ammonia nitrate
for things like removing huge tree stumps on farm land, diesel oil for a myriad of machinery. This is Williams' "scientific"
basis for his "expert" opinion? Back to this very enlightening report. "We conclude that it was inappropriate for Williams
to render a categorical opinion in his report that the main charge was ANFO. As discussed with reference to the World Trade
Center case, it is inappropriate for a forensic laboratory examiner to identify the main charge based in whole or in part
on prior knowledge of the explosive components purchased by a defendant. Such an identification is not based on scientific
or technical grounds and appears to tailor the opinion to evidence associated with the defendants."Mr. Whitehurst paid a terrible
price for blowing the whistle on the outright lying, evidence tampering and incompetence at the FBI lab in Washington, DC.
He eventually was paid $1.1 million bucks for the misery this government put him through. In this report you will read that
the FBI bunglers were chastised for "making the evidence fit McVeigh and the bombing." No, I am not kidding.
Mrs. Graham talks about a man named Gary Hunt and his possible involvement. But, Larry Becraft
says he saw Gary Hunt in Orlando, Florida the same day. I personally spoke with Charles Key about Hunt. If you don't know
who Charles Key is, please go to:
http://www.okcbombing.org/about_us.htm
For those who have studied the Kennedy assassination, there were too many Lee Harvey Oswalds running around,
at least 8 of them. There is a web site that has an interesting photo comparison gallery that is worth looking at:
http://www.jfkresearch.com/lho2.htm
We seem to have the same problem here with Gary Hunt and Timothy
McVeigh. Charles Key told me he questioned Gary Hunt twice and both times his alibi turned out to be bogus. A friend of mine
who was sitting with Jane Graham when she was viewing the Cover-Up in OKC video, jumped right off the couch the minute she
saw the segment with two men walking away from the crime scene. Later she indicated that this could be Gary Hunt.
I think many people feel McVeigh is an enigma. I've already covered this in my last piece.
There are many similarities between McVeigh and Lee Harvey Oswald:
Both were in the military:
The American people saw the same images of both these guys, over andover and over until
one would think they were the only pictures ever taken of these two.
How about these photos of McVeigh and three ATF agents?
These two guys could be twins. One is an ATF agent in the court room during the Waco trial.
The other is the famous one seen of McVeigh while being transferred from Perry, OK to a federal jail.
I would give a lot to see the video from the court room when this picture was taken....
Multiple Bombs
This subject has been debunked by the government ad nauseam. I have covered this so many
times in prior pieces, I'm weary of covering the same ground. However, it is a subject that continues to resonate with many
survivors and eyewitnesses, including Governor Frank Keating and the mayor of OKC on that day, Ron Norick. The
live presentation of their statements is on that Cover-Up in OKC video I spoke of earlier. Here's another one I found:
http://www.journalrecord.com/05-19-95a.htm
From the Journal
Record (newspaper). Their building was badlydamaged
by what I firmly believe was the first decoy bomb in theparking lot of the Southwestern Bell Building right next door. I have
an easier time relating to the location of all these buildings than 99.999% of Americans since I stood in front of the Murrah
Building on May 19th & 20th of 1995, just days before the building was imploded and the evidence hauled away for safe
keeping.

Emergency Personnel Respond Quickly To Crisis
By Kirby Lee Davis
Assistant Managing Editor
"In an unnatural cloud of relief, and disbelief, I left to find
people fleeing north. Another bomb had been found. I
wondered then what I would do, stranded in what I
considered a dangerous part of town, but even then the Lord
was watching over me. "
I'm surprised this one is still up on the net. It is so important to listen to the people who were there and gave statements within a few hours
of what they saw and felt.
I personally interviewed a lady named Ann who worked in circulation at the Journal Record. It was heartbreaking because she was still very emotional, but she told me there were two blasts, not one.
According to every then credible source, Gov. Frank Keating, Mayor Ron Norick and a terrorist/bomb expert (on the OKC film), Dr.
Randall Heath, more bombs were found inside the building and had been removed. Where
are those bombs? What "signature" was found on them?
If you don't want to believe me, how about government documents? The official documents
on the web site below will literally blow your mind. I had not seen these documents before, but they fit with all the eyewitness
accounts and live news coverage as the story unfolded:
http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/RANCHO/POLITICS/OK/ok.html
How about the Oklahoma City Fire Department's claim that there was another bomb(s)?
The Secondary Device
"10:30 a.m. The radio crackles, "Everybody out of the building". Fire fighters scurry down
the ladder which has been utilized to reach and remove the injured. You move away from the building to the northeast. Firefighters
stand by their pumper, eager to return to the rescue efforts. The aerial ladders sit in front of the building, void of personnel."
You can hear the fire personnel on audio telling their crews to get out of the building
because of a secondary device:
http://www.fireprograms.okstate.edu/OCFD/htm/photo0_1.htm
Are they all a bunch of right-wing wackos, too? Let me tell you people:
This was about as serious as anything can get in this world. Go listen to the audio tapes
on the OKC Fire Department's own web site and then tell John Ashcroft that the FBI, the ATF and the Department of Justice
have lied through their teeth and we demand the truth.
More:
http://www.emergency.com/oklabomb.htm
" A secondary device was also reportedly found inside the building, believed placed there
with a time delay fuse to kill rescuers, after they had arrived on the scene. Unconfirmed reports were also received of a
third device. The secondary device was reported disarmed at the scene.
Further details regarding the actual configuration of the devices is being withheld by federal
officials as the investigation continues."
Also from the OKC Fire Department:
http://www.fireprograms.okstate.edu/OCFD/htm/photo0_2.htm
"After the "bomb" is removed, rescue operations resume. Approaching from the east, you see the damaged building
and the street full of debris. As you get closer you observe a heavily damaged car next to the large pile of debris in front
of the Murrah Building."
Alright - where is that bomb? Who has it? How many more were taken from the building?
Car bomb or truck bomb?
I have covered this extensively in my earlier pieces, but I still find it amazing that the
mayor of OKC and everyone else standing right there, continued to call this a car bombing, including the ATF and FBI for several
days after the bombing . It wasn't until the 23rd
that the car bomb magically turned into a truck bomb. Besides
all the examples I give in prior posts, let me give you some new ones:
Chicago Tribune ,
April 20, 1995:
"The day opened with the thunder of a massive car bombing at a federal
building and the horror of a death toll that could run past a hundred.
"At day's end Wednesday, authorities confirmed that at least 31 people had been killed in
the car bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, the worst U.S. bomb attack measured by death toll in 75 years.
"The blast was so powerful that it rocked the ground 40 miles away."
From a truck bomb? Not according to any credible scientific source outside the
government. Check this statement, same source:
"It sent shrapnel-like shards of glass, steel and concrete rocketing for four blocks around
the federal building and blasted windows out of structures hundreds of yards from the site of the explosion, which was marked
by an 8-foot-deep crater in an adjacent parking lot."
The government and it's media have maintained from day one that the "big, yellow Ryder truck"
left a crater in front of the building 8' x 30'.
The piece above says there is a crater in an adjacent parking lot. That would be the Southwest
Bell Building. Get the Cover-Up in Oklahoma video. You will see the live helicopter shots and I guarantee you - there is NO crater
in front of the building. No picture of one anywhere I've ever seen. Period, end of that lie.
One more thing from this Chicago
Trib piece dated April 20, 1995:
"A police source told The
Associated Press that FBI agents were trying to piece
together a van or a truck that was believed to have carried the explosives. An axle of the vehicle, believed to be rented,
was found about two blocks from the scene, the source said."
Wait? Didn't they open the piece by stating it was a
car bomb? An axle was found two blocks from the scene? That little "fact" was hammered home during McVeigh's trial out in
Denver. I lived in Lakewood (suberb of Denver) during his trial and saw all the coverage. Let me think about this for a second:
Here we have a truck bomb that allegedly contains 13 huge, blue containers full of ANFO explosive material. (Can you fit that
many of those huge containers in that 26' truck?) The axle is on the underneath
part of a truck. It seems to me the blast would
drive the axle downward instead of leaping tall buildings and landing two blocks away.
But, what do I know? I don't work for the feds so my common sense thinking doesn't apply.
And, consider this: During McVeigh's trial, guess what we saw on the local coverage via
the boob tube? Photos of the "truck bomb axle" sitting on top of a small car which was parked across the
street from the Murrah Building (in front of the 20-story condo building). I was there. I know exactly where they were talking
about. Now, wait another second, here.
After the bombing, the feds were able to piece together a Ryder truck based on the VIN numbers
on an axle found two blocks from the crime scene that leaped tall buildings. During McVeigh's trial, the axle is now found
in a more believeable location. Sure, and I'm fluent in 16 languages.
Here's another gem from that piece:
"In the absence of a claim of responsibility for the blast, the day was full of speculation."
Really? No one knows who did it? Try this one on for size and Iconfirmed this with the reporter
who stands by his statement: NY Times, April 22, 1995, page 8, column 1, check this:
"Then a routine check of his [McVeigh's] social security number matched one flagged by the
FBI as belonging to a suspect in the bombing."
This story came out on the 22nd but was written on the 21st. McVeigh was picked up by OK
State Trooper Charlie Hanger on the morning of April 19th. On the morning of April 21st, the boys in Perry, OK are notified
that they have in their custody a suspect from the OKC bombing.
I think we can assume that McVeigh's social security number was put out on the NCIC and
other law enforcement alerts and bingo! Up pops their boy, safe and contained in a po-dunk jail. How very convenient.
"Mainstream media" putting their spin on the multiple-bombing
"conspiracy theory":
http://webusers.anet-stl.com/~civil/govliesoklahomacity.html
Statement from survivor:
http://www.journalrecord.com/05-19-95b.htm
"After a few minutes we got through to our families, but were unsuccessful in our attempt
to reach David's wife. I was shocked to hear that my aunt had heard and felt the blast 50 miles away."
A car bomb that kicked a blast so powerful it was felt 50 miles away? I don't think so.
Still a car bomb:
April 22nd: http://www.nando.net/nt/images/okcity/ntp8b.html
April 24th http://www.nando.net/nt/images/okcity/ntp4d.html
April 26th: http://www.nando.net/nt/images/okcity/ntp12f.html
I believe, after having reviewed thousands of photos of the building and surrounding area,
that a car bomb did go off first. A decoy bomb. This would have happened in the parking lot across the street from the Southwest
Bell Building. This would account for the heavy damage done to the Record Journal Building next to the
parking lot and the near leveling of the Southwest Bell Building. This is also the observation made by the OKC Fire Department:
http://www.fireprograms.okstate.edu/OCFD/htm/photo0.htm
"The Journal Record
building at left is just north of the Murrah building,
next to the parking lot. The smoke appears to be coming from the parking lot area."
I would like you to look at the picture below very carefully. This is the best photo of
the crime scene I have. A big color picture of the truth.
Believe what your eyes can see . Take a look at this photo:
Now, you can see that the parking lot of the Southwest Bell Building has lots of vehicles
on fire. It looks as if a bomb went off there. At the same time, the Murrah Building is blown from the inside out, see:
Click here for HUGE image <images/graham-photo5a_lg.jpgor click the picture for a medium
size image.
I want you to go look at the photos of the implosion of the building. Just the first photo
will do. This looks very much like the pattern of smoke that first came out of the Murrah building when the bombs went
off inside exactly where Brigadier General Benton Partin says they did:
http://www.fireprograms.okstate.edu/OCFD/htm/implode.htm
You can clearly see, without any explanation, that the Murrah Building was blown out, not inward
from a truck bomb blast fifty feet from the front door. The debris is blown out
the side of the building from the blast inside the
building. Anyone who isn't blind can see this for themselves. I don't care if you have no training in physics or engineering, the picture
speaks for itself. Common sense tells you that a blast from the street does not push all the debris outside the building -
it would have blasted it into the building and probably through to the back. I stood on the back side of that building April
19th & 20th 1995 and the elevator on the back of building had glass windows - all intact!
Look at the photo.
The photo below tells it all regarding the alleged crater in front of the building:
The FBI confirmed
that the video taken out of the security camera
mounted on the front of the Southwest Bell Building was in their possession. Where
is that tape? It was not used to convict McVeigh.
Why not ? The feds
are hiding this critical piece of film that memorializes exactly what happened in front of the building that morning. Have
you seen the movie, Rules of Engagement, with Tommy Lee Jones? This is exactly what happens in that movie: The feds hide a critical
video that would exonerate his client in the movie. The video is burned, but Jones does convince the military court martial
board that this film would have proven his client innocent and that's why the government "lost it," even though they had acknowledged
receipt of it. The issue of this missing video is beyond outrageous.
The government contends that this car/truck bomb took out the front of the Murrah Building
from a distance of some 50'. Now I want you to look at the two photos below. This is ground zero of the World Trade Center
bombing:
An incredible piece of video is available (I hope CNN doesn't remove it before you get to
see it) that must have been shot within minutes of the bombing. Look at this video. The major fire is from the bombed out
area of the Southwest Bell parking lot. Then look at the Murrah Building and where the smoke is coming from--just like the
implosion photos - from inside the building:
http://www.cnn.ru/US/OKC/bombing.html - Scroll down towards the bottom where it says "Quicktime Movies" and click onto Damage to the Murrah Building.
It takes about a minute and a half to load, but it's worth the wait to see the truth as it was happening, not what the government's
media apparatus, the FBI, ATF and White House later spun to the unsuspecting American people. (note from the owners of McVeighTragedy.com: we are unable to locate this Quicktime Movie as it appears to have
been taken down.)
In the two photos above at the World Trade Center bombing, you can clearly see the columns
at ground zero are still intact. This alleged Ryder
van carried (someone's guess) 1,200 pounds of explosives similar to those alleged to have been used in OKC. The explosion
in the basement of the World Trade Center caused massive damage, no question. Seven floors collapsed, five people were murdered,
about 1000 injured according to various reports. But the columns stood. We are supposed to believe that another Ryder truck bomb parked 50' away
from the building, caused the massive damage to the building, including bring down these huge concrete reinforced columns?
What crap. Believe what you can see.
The web site below has some of the best photos of the crime scene and I encourage you to please hit on it. Look
at each photo in the enlarged version and also the audio if you can. These photos are incredible and reinforce my earlier
statements about what those on the scene must have gone through and the courage by so many in trying to reach the injured:

Bombs Before OKC
Did you know that Bill Clinton's National Security Council funded ATF experiments on home
made ANFO truck bombs in 1994 - only a few short months before the OKC bombing? Yup, they did. Media Bypass Magazine carried
the story, including the photos they obtained under the Freedom of Information Act request.
Did you know that Special Agent Harry Everhart, an employee of the ATF, one of their own
experts in ANFO truck bombs just happened to be in
front of the Murrah building when it exploded and
in fact, called in to report the details of the bombing to his superiors from the scene within minutes of the blast? Oh, yes,
that's true. The Department of the Treasury confirmed that Everhart called the ATF office in Dallas on his cell phone and
reported that the Murrah Building had just been "attacked" by an ANFO truck bomb. How did he know it was a truck bomb less
than 20 minutes after the explosions?
I have the November 1996 issue sitting in front of me, let me quote:
"According to files, reports and photographs obtained by Media Bypass from
the Department of Treasury through a FOIA request, the United States Government initiated a "comprehensive ANFO and C4 vehicle
bomb testing program" about a year before the OKC bombing. Records show the project was supervised and administered by ATF,
but was actually funded through a National Security Council directive. The Department of Treasury confirms the project was
initiated under President Bill Clinton's NSC White House staff shortly after he took office in 1993."
This program was called "Dipole Might." More from Media Bypass:
"Despite only one known case (ANFO bombing) in almost 25 years, did Clinton's National Security
Council actually anticipate a need for detailed information regarding ANFO vehicle bomb attacks a few months before the OKC
blast?......In fact, a brief summary of Project Dipole Might is featured in ATF's 10994 Annual Report to Congress. It reads:
Dipole Might is the name given to a research project ATF is working on in conjunction with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
and the Defense Nuclear Agency. The objective of this three year project, funded by the NSC in 1993, is to create a computerized
data base and investigative protocol for the investigation of large scale vehicle bombs.....The tests for this project were
conceived using four of the most common roadbed types in the United States and explosive charges that varied in size from
50 pounds to 1,000 pound and type from C4 to ANFO (C4 to represent the effect of plastic explosives and ANFO for its common
availability and use in terrorist devices)."
The Ryder van bomb in the World Trade Center basement was allegedly 1,200#. The Ryder truck
bomb in OKC began at 1,200# and eventually grew to 4,800# as the feds realized their initial estimate wouldn't hold up with
the damage to the building. Is this just coincidence? The November 1996 issue of Media Bypass has several
photos of the ATF's experiments blowing up a van. Because of the quality of the photos in the print magazine, we couldn't
scan them for this piece.
Why? Why would anyone bomb a federal building in OKC? This question has been asked a thousand
painful times. Some believe it was a sting operation gone wrong. Maybe. Others think it has more sinister roots. Unless we
continue to push for the truth, we'll never know. One thing I do know, the U.S. Government, specifically the FBI, trained
and funded the terrorists who bombed the World Trade Center. Don't believe me? Do the research. The FBI's own undercover snitch,
Emad A. Salem, secretly recorded his conversations with his FBI handlers and the transcripts were finally made public in late
1993. The "mainstream media" tried to spin that the FBI "missed an opportunity to prevent the World Trade Center bombing,"
but that is more bilge. Go to the library and read the NY
Times from October 28, 1993 through the end of the
month. Read the semi-accurate account in the LA Times, October 29, 1993. Read the truth, folks. The government said that the
big break came when one of the terrorists returned to the rental company where he procured the van and tried to get his deposit
back! Oh, my God - did they really expect thinking people to bite on that one? Despite cultural differences, we're supposed
to believe that some guy who rented a van, filled it with explosives, set it off in the basement of the World Trade Center,
then went back to the rental company the next day to get his deposit returned? That's what the official story line is and
it's beyond sickening.
But, why? What do middle Eastern terrorists crawling around in country who bombed the World
Trade Center have to do with the OKC bombing?
What about all the initial reports of middle Eastern looking types right after the OKC bombing?
Anything in common? Only one:
The Omni-bus Anti-Terrorism bill. This bill was churning for a long time in Congress. Only
after OKC did it finally get passed, thanks to the efforts of Congressmen Henry Hyde (member of the Council
on Foreign Relations) and Bob Barr (GA). Both Republicans. Two well written pieces on this can be found at:
http://www.boogieonline.com/revolution/multi/terrorism/wtc.html
http://www.sfgate.com/cgibin/
For those out there who would rather stay warm and dry in your comfort zones, who cannot
believe the evil running the machine out in Washington, DC., I say crawl back in your holes and stay comfy. But for those
of you who demand the truth and justice, we're finally seeing some panic out of DC. I believe, and this
is just my opinion, that the World Trade Center bombing and the one in OKC were done deliberately and that cells of middle
Eastern terrorists, along with folks like Andy Strassmeir and the rest of the John Does, carried out this heinous act. These
murders were done to get that anti- terrorism bill through Congress. A bill that destroys our rights in the biggest way imaginable.
It is a grotesque thought, but I would like anyone who had anything to do with the OKC bombing
to listen up: This shadow government eats their own
for survival. It would not surprise me to see a
few of you plucked out of obscurity and hung out to dry just to make it look like "the bad guys" were caught after all these
years. Better you guys come clean now and settle for a deal and 20 years in prison than have the government get you into the
area they control (a federal trial) and you end up on the other end of a needle like McVeigh's looking at. Can't happen? Ha!
Ashcroft says McVeigh will be executed June 11th. McVeigh has quite an interesting history during his short stint with the
military. We must find out if he has a bio-chip or what programs he was involved with while in the military. Just exactly who was handling
this boy? I ask Larry Becraft about this and he said he's sure that all of this is probably going to be kept secret under
the guise of "classified for national security."
Ashcroft's office or an honest judge could fix that in a NY second.
Something is very wrong about this guy. Just like Lee Harvey Oswald. If you're going to execute McVeigh, do it for the right reason and be sure. If
he was fooling around with these jokers at Elhoim City and was thinking about bombing a federal building, you don't execute
someone for thinking about something.
What about Andrew Strassmeir? The FBI and a guy named Kirk Lyons (strange bedfellows playing
together), assisted getting this key player out of the country. John Ashcroft should use all the power of his office to extradite
this guy back to the United States - today.
Below are more stories and pieces on the bombing. It's a mountain of material to be sure,
but then so are the lies that have been spewed by this government. Both of these publications below have excdellent, intensely
researched stories. I hope that due to what's happened, both
magazines might consider putting all their OKC stories up on their web sites since these are such old issues of their magazines and they may not carry them anymore.

June 1996: A very important issue which contains ATF statements that none of
their agents were in the building at the time. Some had children who were regularly enrolled in the day care center located
in the Murrah Building. Guess what? Their children did not attend school that day (thank God). The other murdered children
and their parents had no prior warning. Another coincidence?
