RUDE AWAKENING
Jennifer and I have often said that we wish we could go back to
being "asleep". It's much more comfortable having your eyes closed, never doubting what you are told, feeling comfortable
with the trust that you place in your elected officials and those who hold positions of authority. I mean don't get me wrong,
I haven't been an innocent newborn babe for a long time, but this awakening I have experienced over the last few years has
been all consuming, shattering, devastating, humbling and refreshing all at once. Through my own personal life changing experience
in the summer of 1999 I have learned some of the most painful lessons that any person should have to endure but I have
emerged like a Phoenix from the ashes, smarter, stronger, wiser and AWAKE.
You see, I know firsthand what it's like to be in Timothy McVeigh's
shoes. Of course our circumstances were very different, but the bottom line was the same: accused, convicted and sentenced
to misery without first having the benefit of a trial and due process. I understand fully what Tim went through the day he
was marched out in front of the Perry jailhouse in that now famous orange jumpsuit, oh how I understand. My accusers worked
for the Family Independence Agency in Macomb County, Michigan and they were just as hell bent on pinning a horrific, despicable
and disgusting act on me as Tim's accusers were on him. I felt powerless up against their behemoth bureaucracy,
like David to Goliath, Daniel in the lions den...they marched into my house, stole my 8 year old son and shattered my world
in one fell swoop. Their evidence? Disgusting and horrendous lies that came from the mouths of troubled children who
were friends of my son. Their stories were as ludicrous and preposterous as they come but they "surfaced" during interviews
with social workers in "private". I was presumed guilty because after all, children don't lie!
I was lucky, the magistrate in my case could tell something stunk
to high heaven and sent these children to a court appointed psychologist and it was in his office that those children recanted
their lies. But nearly 6 weeks had gone by and the damage was done. My son was scarred forever, I was scarred forever, we
became social pariahs in our neighborhood and had to move the next month. We never received so much as an apology from the
social worker who headed the case against me or the FIA in Macomb County and when asked for counseling to get past our wounds
we were snubbed at every turn.
My point? I was ACCUSED and with little or no evidence against
me I was punished, as was my child and we continue to suffer emotional and psychological trauma from the entire sickening
ordeal. I was disgusted and angered when I finally was allowed to read the social workers report in which she stated, "Almost
everyone attending the interview found the children to be telling the truth." Just like that? Some kid can lie and a bunch
of people sit around and decide your fate? WHAT IS THIS????
Now you may be thinking that my situation and Tim's are nothing
alike...but you would be wrong. Tim was accused publicly and almost EVERYONE believed he was guilty from the start because
we couldn't possibly imagine that our government and the authorities would lie! But the people who knew him best STILL to
this day proclaim his innocence. The ONLY people that backed me up during my ordeal were the people who knew me best. The
rumor mill churned in my neighborhood and within a few days of my son being dragged screaming and crying out of my front door
for all the world to see, I was found guilty within my community. Even police officers whom I had spoken with previously seemed
to believe I was guilty. And it isn't important EXACTLY what I was accused of, folks. What is important is LIES and DISINFORMATION
nearly cost me my son and my life as I knew it.
Did it ever occur to anyone to give Timothy McVeigh the presumption
of innocence when he was arrested in Perry Oklahoma? WHY did the media run like mad dogs chasing a wounded fox with the
demonization of this man? It's called: OVERKILL. Anytime you see the media and the government trying really, really
hard to convince you someone is a bad, evil guy who is guilty, guilty, guilty you can pretty much bet it is all a big, fat
lie. The subsequent vilification of Tim and assassination of his character was just the icing on the cake. They really didn't
need to do much more, most of the sheep had already been reeled in. Perhaps it was the "he's guilty, we all saw him on TV"
attitude by some of the JURORS that really did it for me. That's it. I was convinced something was wrong with this case, the
investigation done by the feds, the over emotionality of the trial, the unconstitutional movement of the trial OUT OF STATE,
the bizarre behavior of the defendant, etc, etc. The list goes on and on. The further you dig, the deeper you get, the more
you know, the less you understand....But I know one thing for certain, corruption exists in even the very lowest echelons
of our government, federal, state and local and innocent, harmless people get trampled on and abused every day by power hungry
bureaucrats on a mission to prove their own importance and to protect their own asses.
I suppose that is where I am at currently, I know enough to say
there was most definitely, without a doubt a cover up of the involvement of "others unknown" in the Oklahoma city bombing.
I can't tell you "why" and I can't tell you "who". Just like anyone else I can speculate and ponder..but NEVER accuse unless
I have some real concrete evidence to back it up. Speaking of that, how many of you know just how LITTLE concrete evidence
the feds had against Timothy James McVeigh? Right about now you should be brought back to my personal tragedy and understanding
that my accusers had NO evidence agianst me other than the word of two troubled, misled children. NONE. And yet my life
was turned upside down and only by the grace of God was it restored. Tim wasn't so lucky. So I suggest to all who are reading
this that you should be utterly ashamed of any preconceived notions you have adopted about the man who was FALSELY dubbed
the "Oklahoma City bomber" and the "Face of Evil" and "Babykiller". Unless you have read the trial transcripts and until you
have poured over the hundreds of thousands of documents pertaining to the case and the numerous independent investigations
done by credible and reliable sources and experts you have NO RIGHT to assume Tim was guilty of anything.
Wake up America, turn off Peter Spinnings and Matt Liar and open
your eyes and your minds to some of the material we have provided on this site. And please, for God's sake don't take
our words for it. Do your own research and reading. Form your own opinions. Wipe away everything you have been told up to
this point and clear the sleep out of your eyes...it's time to wake up. You won't believe how liberating and refreshing it
is to step out of your ignorant shell and discover a rebirth of sorts. You don't have to go through what Tim and I went through
to learn the valuable lessons you will need to understand just exactly how things work and how very insignificant and vulnerable
we the little people are up against a government steeped in corruption and out of control with power.

"A nation of well informed men
who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of
ignorance that tyranny begins." - Benjamin Franklin
Why McVeigh Tragedy?
You may be wondering why we chose to focus on Timothy McVeigh
on this website rather than the atrocity that was committed in Oklahoma City on the morning of April 19, 1995. It is our position
that as surely as the bombing was a heartbreaking, horrific tragedy, so was the subsequent media demonization, bogus federal
trial and circus like execution of the accused. We cant express in words how horrified and disgusted we were with how the
execution was handled. Some of the local people in Terre Haute ought to be utterly ashamed of themselves for their grotesque
conduct. We also found the media statements to be quite disturbing, the inconsistencies and bizarre statements some in the
media made following the execution lead one to wonder if it wasnt just another OVERKILL show for the benefit of the brain
dead Americans watching at home. But I digress....
Every American in this great nation with at least a modicum
of intelligence should be able to admit that at the very least that the victims in Oklahoma, the survivors and Timothy James
McVeigh did not obtain any justice. The trial was a fuzzy cocktail of emotional spin and circumstantial evidence. Reasonable
doubt? THERE WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH. No American should be sitting here thinking, The case was settled, the killer got his just
desserts. NOT ONE. There simply are far too many unanswered questions surrounding the case for any of us to be certain we
got the right guy. And if you cant see that, you are woefully ignorant about the case and I recommend you sit up straight,
pull that wool patch off your eyes and enlighten yourself about it. You have to LOOK for the information, it isnt going to
come to you. Stop waiting for the truth to slap you in the face. Seek it, hunt it down and capture it for yourself and arm
yourself with it.
The bombing in Oklahoma was one of the most terrible atrocities
we had ever witnessed. For my part, I grieve for all who suffered as a result of that fateful day. But the treatment of the
accused frightened and disturbed me equally. I can recognize what happened to Tim could happen to ANY of us...and as I have
mentioned, it ironically did happen to me. We must ask ourselves, where did we go wrong? How did we get to the point
in this great land where we are comfortable passing judgment without knowing the FACTS, complacent in our ignorance as well
as stubborn and unmovable from our first impressions? What will it take for people to realize that this tendency of most people
to assume the worst about a person is what they count on?? The media and government mind control agents count on the fact
that you and I will automatically feed right in to their propaganda, no matter how ridiculous and full of lies it may be.
It is the responsibility of ALL Americans to put an end to this cycle of psychological engineering and to take back control
of their thoughts, opinions and reactions.
The truth need not die with Tim and the American people need
not hide in fear of the truth, either. Finding out the truth in a matter is extremely empowering, it gives one a rush of excitement
and a feeling of confidence. I am simply amazed at how many of my fellow Americans seem SO afraid to find the truth out for
themselves or to even discuss the issues that they have been obviously lied to about! It boggles my mind! I cant tell you
how many people I have emailed that REFUSE to email me back or to respond to the points I make about the bombing and the obvious
cover up. And it never ceases to amaze me how little some people care for the truth. They are either too lazy or too nonchalant
to give a damn when they have the chance. It isnt until THEY or a loved one are faced with false accusations that they seem
to care. Do they not remember what we were all taught in school about the rights we are guaranteed under the constitution?
Do the not see how Timothy McVeigh was denied those rights in the most egregious and unfair manner?
Both Jenni and I refuse to live our lives that way. It has
taken us a long time to prepare for the creation of this site and we intend to see it serve a purpose. We are prepared for
all sorts of hate mail and we feel confident enough in our knowledge base to fend off the lies, propaganda and attacks. We
will NEVER hide our opinions away in shame and we will forever stand by our position that Timothy McVeigh was a tragic victim
of the Oklahoma City bombing and the true perpetrators remain at large. These perpetrators are more than likely responsible
for the most recent terrorist attacks this country has suffered and they will continue until they are stopped. They can ONLY
be stopped with the truth, for without the truth there will never be justice for those who lost their lives. For my part,
I still believe in the greatness of this country and the constitution which governs us and I would see it preserved for my
children and grandchildren, no matter the cost.
"Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them,
I will shew you to whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock:
and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the
stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great" Luke 6:47-49.
The Fascination
My boss, whom I see perhaps twice a week and has never asked me about this
before, inquired today, "What is it that got you so interested in the Oklahoma City bombing?"
Surprised by her sudden interest, but always up to the task, I explained
as concisely and honestly as I could the main reason I personally became interested. It's my cookie cutter answer to people
I am pretty sure aren't truly as fascinated with the bombing and Timothy McVeigh as I am: When I began reading about
the case I couldn't get enough, it's the most deeply involved mystery I have ever delved in to. I like mysteries...and I LOVE
suspense and contemplating the "unknown". I then explained to her that once you begin looking deeper than the surface media
hype of McVeigh and the bombing you begin to peel away layer after layer of lies, intrigue and corruption. The only thing
left is an obvious cover up and conspiracy. And the only question left is WHY?
The symbiotic relationship between our government and the media, as they have
done numerous and possibly thousands of times before, contrived to hide the truth from the average American citizen regarding
the bombing and replaced that truth with a profile of a man that went beyond fictitious and a fairy tale about a bombing that
defies all common sense, logic and the laws of physics. Quite frankly, I am all too often shocked and angered that not enough
Americans are sick to death of being lied to. It's as if they view our government as a wayward big brother who when out of
line, can expect all of us to just roll our eyes and ignore it in favor of the more personal issues in their lives they can
control. I understand that. Believe me, I do. However, if we ALL do this...who will stand up in outrage when the lies
are quite obviously putting us as American's in jeopardy? Or are they already?
This was precisely what my boss did, she shrugged her shoulders and said,
"What can we do about that, though?"
At a loss for an answer, because now a'days if you say what you really feel
about the establishment someone may perceive it as a "terrorist threat", don'tcha know? Even more difficult to answer was
her next question, " If someone is innocent you would think they would cry it out from the hilltops. Why didn't he claim he
was innocent?"
And I say this is difficult because I really do not know why he would
confess to lies. I can only speculate, or what I refer to as educated speculation. After you have read as much as I have regarding
Tim and the bombing as well as the insidious psychological control techniques employed by our media under the direction of
the very highest in power, you can understand how there are ways to coerce confessions, contrive confessions and manipulate
interviews where confessions are allegedly made. Of course there are people who understand corruption exists and people in
power lie and cover up terrible events, but still think Tim had to have played a part and therefore he got what he
deserved. To those people I sincerely and desperate ask of you to look inside your hearts and ask yourself this question and
answer it honestly: Do you really think they lie when they are in the right and are truly seeking justice and closure?
Or do you understand that if all were on the up and up and they were
righteously seeking the truth and to punish the true perpetrators they wouldn't NEED to lie, destroy and pervert evidence,
hide documents, shush witnesses, threaten innocent people, etc etc etc? By their fruits shall they be known. They have lied
and continue to lie and will lie until we all put a stop to it, but not until then. And if one shall consider this concept
for a moment, that all problems have a root or center, so do all cover ups and gigantic lies. There is a reason we were lied
to, there is an epicenter to the madness behind the Oklahoma City bombing. Therein lies the reason WHY.
So there I sat in the tiny, cramped physical therapy department trying
to explain my fascination with the case in the space of a few minutes with someone I know doesn't really care. But
I can't help myself. Every once in a while I like to hear myself give my little cookie cutter explanation so I can go home
later and deeply, seriously ponder it all and why I have given so much time out of my life to the man they called "baby killer"
and the bombing that tore so many lives apart. And I say this with the utmost sympathy and deepest respect for the victims,
including Bill McVeigh, Mildred Hill and their daughters. None of you deserved what befell you and not one of your family
members or friends should have died in vain. They deserve to have the exposed TRUTH shine like a beacon and as their
legacy. To remember their deaths in a context of a pack of lies is inherently unfair and the bottom line can never be closure
through the angry acceptance of those lies. Who are we to accept lies about their death in their stead, without the purposeful
and righteous search for the TRUTH?
Now here I sit in front of my computer attempting to put into words that which
I am seeking with utter fascination: THE TRUTH AND WHY. I wish I could place into my boss's mind as well as the minds
of many other people, the urge and desire to find these things. I wish I didn't have to read or hear one more person ignorantly
and angrily proclaim McVeigh's guilt and write off any cover up as the wild, delusional ravings of a whacko right winger (a
tone of dramatic exasperation should be stressed here). I am sure Jennifer feels the same way; you feel like a fish desperately
swimming upstream, everything is against you-the current as well as your fellow stream mates. Everyone doubts your knowledge
and your assessment of the case. Every now and then you meet a fellow upstreamer who understands your cause and mirrors your
drive, hears your voice, and what a relief it is to realize you aren't truly alone. I suppose that is what keeps us going,
keeps the fascination aglow in the midst of so much doubting darkness.
